Amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful people. Room is very clean. You have a cleaner service every day! AC in your room! Great location close to all attractions that you need on holiday but at the dame time quiet place. My recommendation!

Had a wonderful stay in this lovely boutique hotel! Had the Luxury Suite with Hot Tob for 3 nights. Very centre location in the middle of everything. Our room was on the top floor, above all the fuss. The room was beautiful; very modern, tidy and spacious. There was a small kitchenette with a good sized fridge, that had also a freeze-box inside. The balcony was huge, with sunbathing chairs, couches with roofing, and a great hot tub. We were able to make our own breakfast, and enjoy it in the privacy of our top-floor balcony. After that some sunbathing and cooling off in the tub with cold water - that was amazing in the heat of July. The staff was lovely and so welcoming. The cleaning was amazing and always considerate to your needs - absolutely loved her. When we arrived, our bed was decorated beautifully and there were some refreshments and snacks in the room. Fridge was always stocked with cold water bottles. The place was real luxury for us! If (read: when) I'm back in Chania, this is my place stay! Note: No elevator, so not suitable for someone who need assistance for moving. Still only 3 floors so easy for us to walk with luggage. During night time might be bit noisy from the streets. I used ears-pluggs, my husband didn't need any. So we both slept well. Huge and comfotable bed. Overall highly recommended! ❤️

L’amabilité des employés de l’hôtel !
La qualité du service dans les chambres.
Nous sommes toutefois déçus par l’absence de petit déjeuner.. compte tenu du prix de la prestation.
