Bozzali Deluxe Hotel

The place was beautiful and the rooms were spacious especially the room with the balcony. Unfortunately the bathroom was a bit rundown with no ventilation so it got muggy pretty quick. The maid service was very good though and she cleaned up every day. The bedroom with the front door had a window directly above it with a clear point of view to another roof. Throughout our stay there were different people working on the other roof so we felt unsafe and covered that window with a bedspread. As throughout Greece, you won’t find an elevator here so plan accordingly especially if you’re carrying up 50 pounds of luggage. We also left by bus to get to the Heraklion port and because we were “so close” to the bus station, the taxis would not make the trip. We had no choice but to walk 20 blocks with our luggage and carryons on cobble stone streets. So be aware if you’re planning on using taxi or transfer service to nearby places within Chania. However, the front desk was kind enough to extend our time into a late checkout as our bus was leaving later on in the evening. The front desk also communicated well throughout our stay. All in all, this place was a mixed bag and I probably wouldn’t book again.

Beautiful room, we chose the largest one. Very clean. Towels, soaps, fridge, kettle etc etc. Location is excellent 👌 Very comfortable bed, lots of mod cons. Easy access on arrival, cafe next door. Gorgeous courtyard. We were delighted. Great find. Thank you to the cleaner who is such a lovely sweet lady.

Damp, musty cold room. Clothes were always damp. Clearly known by staff as two moisture collectors in wardrobe. Quite small room, dark uncomfy room. Had to climb over a bed to get to window. Nowhere to sit other than really high bed. Nowhere to put anything down ie table / dressing table. Not a private patio as suggested but shared with two other rooms and access ti another, my view was of a wheely bin and mops. No way was this luxury. Tried adding photos but would'nt upload.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. A bit of confusion as our information said that there would be someone in the offices when we arrived and there was not. We didn’t have international phone service so couldn’t call the number. Thankfully George a t the nearby Melodica Cafe called the host for us and we were let right in. Our room was clean and cozy. When we met the host she was very helpful and kind. I would stay here again as we felt safe and comfortable. The was no breakfast as stated but not a problem as we found lovely coffee shops and food nearby.

We had a wonderful time at Bozzali and wanted to share this amazing spot! The hotel is in the perfect location, close to the harbor and great restaurants but still quite. The room was so cozy and always clean. As two younger girls traveling alone we really appreciated the safety measures put in place and the check-in/out process was super easy! Adespoto is a really good restaurant right outside and while you visit Old Town you have to eat at Phyllo Breakfast and Brunch. Overall had a great stay and couldn't recommend Bozzali more!

This hotel was lovely to stay at. The host was so lovely and helpful, I could text her any time of the day for any recommendations or advice as I was travelling solo and she would be right there to help. The room was IMMACULATE, super spacious and really lovely interior. The location is honestly amazing, right in the heart of the old town so you can walk to the best restaurants or to the harbour within seconds. Housekeepers were so friendly and room was cleaned every day. I couldn't have asked for more from the stay, and would recommend this place to anyone visiting Chania Old Town!
