這是我這些年出行最滿意的一個酒店！正面看海，一個大大的露台，有個桌子可以一邊看海一邊享用早餐和咖啡。酒店每天都會把早餐送到客房露台，非常貼心的照顧到我們觀景的心情！前台的大姐很好很熱情！讓人感覺到了家！

Purtroppo il Belmondo hotel non è come viene presentato nelle foto in rete. Vedo foto con camere con vista e ti fanno pensare che siano tutte così, ma non è vero; bagni con cabina doccia ma il nostro aveva una obsoleta vasca da bagno con tenda di plastica di protezione, la colazione (minimale) o la fai in camera oppure in uno dei due tavolini all'ingresso dell'albergo. Letti scomodi con materassi di vecchia concezione. Frigobar vuoto, con 1 sola bottiglia di acqua messa solo il giorno dell'arrivo. Arredamento vecchio e da rimodernare. Su tutto ciò metto a disposizione le foto che ho fatto sul posto. Non è certamente un 4 stelle e forse neanche un 3 stelle per i criteri europei. Unico punto di forza la posizione centralissima anche se questa comporta che la macchina deve essere parcheggiata in piazza Tolo, quindi lontana circa 600 metri, e non c'è alcun servizio per aiutarti a portare le valige, come ci si aspetterebbe da un 4 stelle.

This hotel is right in the middle of the old Venetian town of Chania so the location is perfect! Shops and harbour at your doorstep. The building is historically old and has been well cared for. The room we had was absolutely gorgeous! Antique architraves and stained glass ceilings added to the charm of the room. Beds were comfy and bathroom huge with a jet bathtub. Above all the staff were superb! So friendly and accommodating. Breakfast brought to room each morning and was delicious. Usually Greek yoghurt, fruit, breads and condiments with eggs or pizza or toasted sandwich, freshly squeezed orange juice and coffee - plenty! Wish we were able to stay longer! Thoroughly recommend! Will head back one day!
