UUtente ospiteAbbiamo prenotato la suite Deluxe, e la stanza era fantastica! Belli mobili, tutto era pulito bene, e il servizio giornaliero era anche molto buono.
Ci piaceva davvero che l'hotel non fosse così corrompere, e il proprietario poteva soddisfare tutti i requisiti speciali che avevamo (esplicare viaggi di viaggi, fornire supporto per l'acquisto di biglietti, organizzare il servizio di pick-up, ordini fiori, ecc.). Rispetto ai grandi hotel con migliaia di persone come ospite in questo hotel si sente molto prezioso, stanno davvero cercando di prendersi cura di te, così si può godere del tuo soggiorno.
L'ambiente è molto silenzioso, quando si sveglia la mattina si può godere del silenzio, ascoltare gli uccelli e godere della vista sul lago.
L'hotel è molto vicino (circa 5 km) alla foresta di Nanshan Bamboo e anche alle fonti calde di Yushui, che lo rende anche molto conveniente.
Abbiamo apprezzato il servizio in questo hotel e saremmo sicuramente tornati in futuro.
Possiamo raccomandare questo hotel al 100%.

YYingyingma帶老媽和倆娃出遊，想找人少的地方悠閑遊，於是驅車兩小時來到天目湖竹溪谷。房間和想象中一樣，上下兩層，之前還擔心山裡的房間蚊蟲多，結果房間裏一個都沒有，床很乾凈，室內私湯樓上樓下都有，第二天泡的時候阿姨還給加了中葯包，贈送的温泉門票也很超值
竹軒餐廳四人正餐:這份四人餐是很值得的，口味清淡，葷素搭配合理，魚很鮮嫩，烏米飯配上白糖別有一番滋味
迷你吧享用一次:房間裏迷你吧裏的飲料很好，沒喝完都被老媽帶走了
服務：最值得説的是服務，之前看評價還擔心管家跟不上服務，事實是我多慮了，我們的管家（鄭盈）及時加了我的微信，詳細介紹了注意事項、谷裏的配套設施和活動，總是主動詢問我們有什麼幫助，還會提醒我們要做什麼玩什麼，接駁車響應很快，必須主動給鄭管家點個贊👍，這絕不是她要求的，是我主動的；另外手工室的姑娘也非常好，女兒第一次做沐浴球失敗了，她很耐心的幫女兒重新做了一個，人很温柔，衹是有點對不起她，因為看了她的胸牌卻記不清她叫什麼了，兩個字，好像是樊……；還有就是活動中心一位劉姓美女（三個字的名字，沒記住），我們臨走時還送給小兒子一個小熊貓夾，太有愛了
設施：無邊泳池因為下雨的關係，人很少，女兒自己遊了很久了拍照也不用擔心都是人頭，總之，孩子們沒呆夠，長者很舒服，不虛此行

MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

JJosa LamRecentemente sono rimasto a Hilton Changzhou, e non posso dire abbastanza buone cose sulla mia esperienza! Da quando sono entrato, l'atmosfera era calda e invitante. Il personale mi salutava con un vero sorriso e mi fece entrare senza soffitto, facendomi sentire a casa.
La mia stanza era un vero haven spaziale, bellissimo decorato, e dotato di tutte le comodità moderne. Il letto era incredibilmente più grande, assicurandomi di dormire tranquillo. Mi piacevano le grandi finestre che offrono una vista incredibile sulla linea di cielo, soprattutto al sole.
Le strutture dell'hotel sono eccellenti. Ho sfruttato il centro fitness ben attrezzato e ho goduto di un po' di tempo libero nella piscina interna. L'accento era certamente le opzioni di cena. Il buffet del colazione è stato impressionante, con una vasta gamma di pranzi deliziosi, dalla cucina tradizionale cinese ai preferiti occidentali.
Il servizio eccezionale è quello che si distingue da questo hotel.Ogni membro del personale che ho incontrato era attento e ansioso di assistere, rendendo il mio soggiorno personalizzato e speciale.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula Hot Spring Hotel (天目湖御湖半岛温泉酒店). From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming.
The room was beautifully clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with a breathtaking view of the lake and surrounding nature. The hot spring facilities were fantastic — relaxing, clean, and a true highlight of our stay.
A very special thanks to 御湖半岛管家曾怡 (Butler Zeng Yi), who provided outstanding service throughout our stay. She was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly made our trip memorable.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Liyang. We are 100% satisfied and will definitely return in the future!

CChrisPrenotato una stanza di prenotazione per ore a causa di un ritardo di volo.
Immediatamente dopo l’ingresso nel lobby, un gentiluomo - presumibilmente un manager - mi ha offerto una sigaretta, anche se non fumo, ho trovato questo un bel gesto e un segno inequivocabile di apprezzamento per la mia attività. È anche molto adattato, poiché l'impianto si trova in una zona industriale a circa 2 km dall'aeroporto di Benniu.
L’iscrizione era rapida e mi colpì immediatamente la stanza. L’anno scorso, un nuovo edificio brillante costruito in un quartiere altrimenti stanco. Camera spazialmente stretta. Ci erano due letti, uno singolo e uno doppio. Sono sorpreso di non aver mai visto questa configurazione prima, perché sarebbe vantaggioso per coppie che viaggiano con un bambino. TV era enorme, wifi era veloce e anche se il condizionatore d'aria era confuso per girarlo pompò in bella aria fredda. Robot butler era veloce. Penso che offrano servizi di navetta a e dall'aeroporto, ma un Didi è ~10 RMB.
Non mi aspettavo molto, ma questo posto mi ha lasciato un'impressione anche se sono rimasto solo per quattro ore.Grazie al personale e lo consiglio molto se il luogo soddisfa le vostre esigenze.

The executive lounge staff was kind and welcoming,they helped us with many tasks.
They have a free bar in the executive lounge from 5-9:30pm daily.

CConwayI was so hot at night i couldn’t sleep. This is a huge problem with all these hotels in China with central air conditioning. There is some man who decides what the temperature should be for the whole hotel……like in EVERY room. Can not adjust the temperature. My room was probably at 27° the whole time. I can not sleep unless it’s at least 21°. HUGE problem, and I can never stay there again…..because even in the winter, the “man” decides how hot every room should be. The only way to try and beat the system is to open the window, and hope it gets cool enough. I’ve lived in China for over 12 years, and have stayed at 100s of hotels. I know better, and I should have stayed at a cheap hotel with independent air conditioning where I am in control of the room’s temperature. Staff were great, and one the front desk could speak English, and the parking lots was super convenient. Everything about the hotel was great, besides the fact that I couldn’t sleep…..which is really the only reason anyone stays at a hotel.
