MMatibengaThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there.
The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it.
The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴.
So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake.
Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel.
Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place.

UUtente ospiteÈ un ottimo posto per stare. Bella vista sul lago. La stanza è pulita e tranquilla in generale. L'unica carenza è il controllo della temperatura della stanza che è troppo caldo in questo autunno. Il manager mi ha detto che l'ariacondizionata non può essere manipolata dal controllore montato sulla parete nella stanza e la temperatura della stanza è sotto controllo centralizzato, che si stabilizza circa 25.5-26 grado. Questo è troppo caldo per un sonno decente. Non ho dormito bene durante il soggiorno di una settimana. Suggerisco che la temperatura centralizzata dell'aria condizionata sia di circa 23 gradi, che sarà molto più sana per il corpo umano per dormire bene sotto un confortevole quilt.

CChrisPrenotato una stanza di prenotazione per ore a causa di un ritardo di volo.
Immediatamente dopo l’ingresso nel lobby, un gentiluomo - presumibilmente un manager - mi ha offerto una sigaretta, anche se non fumo, ho trovato questo un bel gesto e un segno inequivocabile di apprezzamento per la mia attività. È anche molto adattato, poiché l'impianto si trova in una zona industriale a circa 2 km dall'aeroporto di Benniu.
L’iscrizione era rapida e mi colpì immediatamente la stanza. L’anno scorso, un nuovo edificio brillante costruito in un quartiere altrimenti stanco. Camera spazialmente stretta. Ci erano due letti, uno singolo e uno doppio. Sono sorpreso di non aver mai visto questa configurazione prima, perché sarebbe vantaggioso per coppie che viaggiano con un bambino. TV era enorme, wifi era veloce e anche se il condizionatore d'aria era confuso per girarlo pompò in bella aria fredda. Robot butler era veloce. Penso che offrano servizi di navetta a e dall'aeroporto, ma un Didi è ~10 RMB.
Non mi aspettavo molto, ma questo posto mi ha lasciato un'impressione anche se sono rimasto solo per quattro ore.Grazie al personale e lo consiglio molto se il luogo soddisfa le vostre esigenze.

Abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza presso l'Hotel Hot Spring di Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula (Hotel Hot Spring di Tianmu Lake Yuhu).Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, tutto era tranquillo e benvenuto.
La stanza era bellamente pulita, spaziosa e ben attrezzata, con una vista incredibile sul lago e sulla natura circostante.
Un ringraziamento molto speciale al direttore della penisola di hu, Zeng Yi, che ha fornito un servizio eccellente per tutta la nostra permanenza.Era attenta, gentile, e andò oltre e sopra per assicurarsi che ci fosse confortevole e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva. Il suo professionalismo e la sua atteggiamento caldo hanno reso il nostro viaggio memorabile.

CConwayEra così caldo a notte che non riuscivo a dormire. Questo è un problema enorme con tutti questi hotel in Cina con aria condizionata centrale. C'è un uomo che decide quale temperatura dovrebbe essere per l'intero hotel......come in QUALCHE camera. Non riesco a regolare la temperatura. La mia stanza era probabilmente a 27° tutto il tempo. Non riesco a dormire a meno che non sia almeno 21°. HUGE problema, e non posso mai più restare lì..... perché anche in inverno, il “uomo” decide quanto caldo ogni stanza dovrebbe essere. L'unico modo per provare e battere il sistema è aprire la finestra, e sperare che si raffredda abbastanza. Ho vissuto in Cina da più di 12 anni e sono rimasto a centinaia di hotel. Il personale era grande, e il desk poteva parlare inglese, e i parcheggi erano molto convenienti. Tutto su questo hotel era grande, oltre al fatto che non potevo dormire.... che è davvero l'unica ragione per cui nessuno rimane in un hotel.
