UUtente ospiteThe service at the hotel was excellent, they were polite and very helpful. Any questions that you asked, they answered without hesitation. Overall the staff, were the best if I have to compare with other big and small hotels that I have been to. My friend and I booked the hotel together. The rooms were very very nice. We loved them. It was easy to travel around the resort, they have golf carts that can take you around the resort. So many activities to do there. You need to speak a little bit of Chinese though. But in case you don’t they will find someone to help you there. The hotel package we took included the hot springs, spar and breakfast. It was worth it. The springs are the best. There is also an infinity pool. The people there are very helpful, great service. It was easy to spot two foreigners but they treated us with so much kindness, especially the man and woman at the fish spring and the little cafe there names: 张浩川, 张刘纪 and 彭玉琴. So Hentique hotels and resort is huge. The area and the activities you can do there are plenty. You can get on a helicopter(480rmb), boat(272rmb) it includes going to the islands and mountain hiking, horse riding and many more. You just have to come with a good budget. Breakfast is at the big hotel that has a great view of the lake. Hentique pinecone has different restaurants around, the food is between 100 -300 per person. I suggest you bring snacks because there aren’t any shops close by. The big hotel has a shop where you can buy snacks for a price, and an all day restaurant. We ended up moving from hentique pinecone hotel to the big hotel but paid a little bit more and was worth every penny. The hotel really good, with a nice view, the manager on duty that day August 16th 2023 was the best manager, I forgot his name. His English was very very good. He answered all questions and helped us transfer from 松果 to the big hotel. Having being in China for a long time, this was the best trip ever, with the best service. We will surely go back to this place. Best service ever. Keep up the good work!!!

From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive — exactly what one hopes for in a five-star experience. A special thank you to Duty Manager Boca Tu, whose thoughtful gesture of upgrading my room to a suite made the visit even more memorable. The suite was beautifully appointed, with an amazing panoramic view over Xintiandi Park — a peaceful and scenic backdrop that really elevated the stay. The breakfast buffet was first rate, offering a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, all of excellent quality and presentation. The maid service was impeccable — my room was spotless each day, with great attention to detail. All staff members I encountered were genuinely friendly, polite, and proactive, which created an atmosphere of effortless hospitality throughout the hotel. Overall, the Hilton Changzhou exceeded expectations in every respect — comfort, cleanliness, service, and food. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changzhou for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be returning.

The private toilet area added extra convenience. -Luxury Touches: Plush bathrobes and premium toiletries made it feel like a true retreat. Practical Comforts: The iron and ironing board were a lifesaver for attire/wrinkled clothes. View & Ambience: Breathtaking river views from the window—especially magical at sunrise and night. Serene and quiet, Perfect for uninterrupted sleep. Breakfast: 10/10 Huge variety of both Western and Chinese options (fresh fruits, eggs, dim sum, noodles). Highlight:The fluffy, made-to-order pancakes were divine—some of the best I’ve had! Service & Cleanliness: Spotless throughout-housekeeping deserves applause. - Staff were attentive and friendly, always quick to assist. Final Verdict This hotel is a gem, whether for business, romance, or a solo getaway. The thoughtful design, gorgeous views, and delicious breakfast make it worth every penny. Abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza presso l'Hotel Hot Spring di Tianmu Lake Yuhu Peninsula (Hotel Hot Spring di Tianmu Lake Yuhu).Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, tutto era tranquillo e benvenuto. La stanza era bellamente pulita, spaziosa e ben attrezzata, con una vista incredibile sul lago e sulla natura circostante. Un ringraziamento molto speciale al direttore della penisola di hu, Zeng Yi, che ha fornito un servizio eccellente per tutta la nostra permanenza.Era attenta, gentile, e andò oltre e sopra per assicurarsi che ci fosse confortevole e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva. Il suo professionalismo e la sua atteggiamento caldo hanno reso il nostro viaggio memorabile. Siamo al 100% soddisfatti e ritorneremo in futuro! UUtente ospiteAbbiamo prenotato la suite Deluxe, e la stanza era fantastica! Belli mobili, tutto era pulito bene, e il servizio giornaliero era anche molto buono. Ci piaceva davvero che l'hotel non fosse così corrompere, e il proprietario poteva soddisfare tutti i requisiti speciali che avevamo (esplicare viaggi di viaggi, fornire supporto per l'acquisto di biglietti, organizzare il servizio di pick-up, ordini fiori, ecc.). Rispetto ai grandi hotel con migliaia di persone come ospite in questo hotel si sente molto prezioso, stanno davvero cercando di prendersi cura di te, così si può godere del tuo soggiorno. L'ambiente è molto silenzioso, quando si sveglia la mattina si può godere del silenzio, ascoltare gli uccelli e godere della vista sul lago. L'hotel è molto vicino (circa 5 km) alla foresta di Nanshan Bamboo e anche alle fonti calde di Yushui, che lo rende anche molto conveniente. Abbiamo apprezzato il servizio in questo hotel e saremmo sicuramente tornati in futuro. Possiamo raccomandare questo hotel al 100%.
