先總結：該公寓（我認為更像公寓）最適合一家四口（兩大兩小）出行，舒適性酒店長治市最佳選擇。 可圈可點地方： 1，基礎房型40平米，床2×2，房間活動空間很大，適合帶兩個娃出行，娃兒都很好動。 2，配備大型免費地面停車場，停車位距離入口一步之遙，對行李多的旅客很友好。 3，周圍有各種美食，便利店，葯店和超市，生活零星採購沒煩惱。 很大提升空間的地方： 1，酒店早餐還是一言難盡，感覺早餐廳被另外一個經濟個體承包了。主要存在問題：不及時補給基礎物資，比如牛奶，豆漿，雞蛋，杯子，麪包等，菜品等都不奢望。餐廳工作人員不友好，態度生硬，我是含雙早的，我已經報了房間號碼，還再三盤問，建議前台和餐廳訊息互通。 2，酒店前台工作人員可以再開心一點兒，主動和客人打招呼，主動提醒客人怎麼出停車場，錄車牌號或者給保安説（主要是保安要聽客人啊），出停車場三次失敗，出停車場二十分鐘耗時，最終前台很不情願親自去給保安説了，我才出了停車場，我現場社死，建議儘快調試停車管理系統，登記入住等級車牌錄入系統，入住期間方便入住旅客進出停車場。 3，建議一樓電梯廳設立垃圾桶。 4，建議再增加兩組洗衣機烘乾機，72間客房僅配備兩組洗衣機烘乾機太少了，等待時間很長。如果有可能建議更新烘乾機型號，烘乾機烘衣服時間有點長。建議洗衣房增加洗衣袋等物資方便入住客人。 5，建議管理人員每晚找空房子體驗，設施設備壞的及時維修，我的房間電話壞了。11層公共衞生間洗手池堵了兩天了。 6，商務出行不建議入住該公寓。缺乏服務意識，停車場出需要較長時間，該公寓一樓大廳以及公共區域比較小，更適合家庭出行。

這是我們春節前夕之旅最舒適的酒店。地理位置很優越，離着觀音觀堂、長治博物館很近。酒店床品很乾凈，床墊枕頭都很舒服，兩張床輕易就能合到一起，適合帶兩個娃出行的家庭，還提供了小朋友的洗刷用品跟一次性拖鞋。停車場很大，一個房間提供兩人的免費游泳，泳池很大很乾凈，小朋友們玩得很開心。大堂經理姜虹虹特意過來給講解長治遊覽攻略，還給小朋友們準備了禮物🎁。五星級酒店的早餐，太豐盛了。酒店二樓有很多優質餐廳，推薦杏花堂，菜的味道很好、麪食也很優秀，環境很棒，傳統晉菜，還有搭枱子唱戲的。價格稍微有點貴，但是能用美圖券。總之這次長治之行很是愜意😌…… 歡迎水果:🍎🍅🥭……退房又給了一包水果，小朋友們都不捨得走了，期待暑假再來玩。
