Longemont Taihu Lake Town Hotel

Specially booked this to watch the new year eve fireworks at taihu ancient town. Hotel is located opposite the ancient town but there is not much else in the area. Room is big and clean. Breakfast has a good variety.

We had a pleasant and a wonderful stay at Longemont. Great view of the fireworks from our room. Xiao Wei helped us right from the check in. As we don't speak Chinese, Xiao Wei faciliated communication through we chat and promptly addressed all our queries to complete satisfaction. He also provided valuable suggestions during the stay to use our time productively as we stayed at the hotel only for a night. Hotel is Highly recommended for stay.

We are a family of 3 who stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel has a penguin enclosure at its lobby and is a favourite for kids. There are also kids' train rides and car rides at the lobby. Our room had a good view of the old town and fireworks at night. But aside from these, the hotel does not match up to its title of a 5-star hotel. - There was no warm welcome or good service during our stay. - The curtains are not black-out curtains, so you will get woken up by the brightness outside at 5am. - The lifts and carpets at the corridor are often dirty and not cleaned well. Not just litter, but large chunks of dust. - Cleaning of our room the next day made it even more dirty. The cleaner just brings the dust of one room into another room. Highly suggest for the hotel to change the type of mop/ broom used. - The restaurant where we had breakfast does not provide fork and knife and said they do not have these cutlery when we requested for it. They only have chopsticks and porcelain spoons. This shows that they are not ready for international tourists.

Hotel manager was extremely helpful, she spoke English and tried her best to help us at foreigners. It was a great experience. Linen could have been changed daily, but other than that, it was great!

服務：帶娃出行，服務是我最看重的，我問有沒有床圍欄，管家如實告知主打商務，沒有，但是管家提前送到房間的小童用品和小玩具，還是讓我感覺很周到。管家也會提前告知古鎮的表演節目單，包括動物園表演節目單。攻略沒做好，不知道煙花衹有周六有，管家還説可以聯繫平台改期但可能有一定費用，總之對管家超級滿意，比隔壁動物世界大酒店好太多了！！ 雙人龍之夢動物世界/嬉水世界/冰雪小鎮/醉美太湖門票四選一: 選的動物世界，還是蠻划算。

房間很大，定了能看煙花的房間，陽台上就能看到。入住前酒店特地安排了小娜管家，貼心地提供各種酒店及周邊設施的資訊。入住後需要詢問的問題都能及時答覆。服務很不錯。酒店大堂裏有個企鵝館，可以近距離欣賞。值得一提的是酒店早餐，品種豐富，各式餐點齊全，服務人員態度也相當不錯。

管家小沈服務值得表揚，服務很好，還申請了孩子的早餐，還幫忙安排了比較好的房間，才看到了比較好看的煙花，對於我的問題也是及時回覆，完全是超五星的服務；地理位置優越，看煙花後不用排隊等車。但是酒店沒有冰箱真的是很不方便，而且入住前台會告訴你低樓層看煙花更好，完全是睜着眼睛説瞎話，服務水平還待提高。

週末臨時決定帶長者小孩去湖州太湖遊玩，提前兩天在攜程訂了古鎮大酒店的景觀房，也是因為看了別的旅客寫的攻略，特地為了看古鎮的煙花秀。酒店很大，客房很多，所以剛入住的時候不是太熟悉，還在地下車庫迷路了，好在跟着指示牌一路走通了😏另外特別感謝下管家小娜，入住後主動電話跟我聯繫添加了聯繫方式，把一些遊玩攻略跟注意事項及時告訴我，需要客房服務跟管家説一聲立馬安排到位，響應速度很快！下次再來玩還會選擇古鎮大酒店，小朋友很喜歡！

很滿意的一次入住，因為家庭出遊，選擇古鎮大酒店，看煙花方便。特別感謝我們的管家小包，為我們預留了很好的房間，還贈送了小童早餐，服務很細心、周到。煙花很漂亮，早餐品種也很豐富，不錯不錯，以後還會選擇這裏，大家也可放心沖～
