BBritinChinaIl mio hotel è stato un hotel ideale vicino al lago, il processo di check-in è stato facile, e il personale del front desk è stato amichevole e accogliente.
Tuttavia, la mia esperienza con il personale del ristorante è stata frustrante. Il primo giorno sono arrivato per pranzo e sono stato rifiutato di servire perché hanno detto che era ”troppo tardi”, ma hanno continuato a sedermi e a servire altri clienti che sono arrivati dopo di me.La mattina dopo al colazione, il personale mi ha avvicinato molte volte a Ricordami il 10 AM di taglio, anche se non hanno dato gli stessi ricordi agli altri ospiti.
Non sono sicuro se questo fosse dovuto a me essere un occidentale o perché il mio mandarino non è fluido, ma entrambe le esperienze di mangiare mi hanno lasciato sentire unico e deluso.

luxurious. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. The staff were very helpful and courteous. We especially appreciate Rambo He the concierge downstairs helping us call a cab and loaning umbrellas. The staff at breakfast were very accommodating as we were traveling with a toddler. Our hostess Anki Zhang provided a bib for our baby, Cora Gan helped us refill our water, and Daryl Wang at the dim sum station helped us with all the delicious food options.

MMichael.UKThe hotel is a very nice, charming complex comprising a renovated ancient house, making it an unusual place to stay. The location is unexpected: tucked behind some regular buildings. Inside it is very pretty and nicely designed and the room has nice amenities. Things I noticed that were slightly negative: the floor in the room was not very clean; the breakfast is pretty and nice done but still, is simply a fancy zhou and they couldn’t make me a coffee; there is very little noise isolation so we were woken up by noisy families at 8am when we were trying to lie-in. Overall I would recommend it for sure but a clean floor and slightly cheaper nightly price would help a lot.

Manager 谭经理 not only helped me retrieve my lost mobile phone but also personally dealt with the frustrating situation with the DiDi driver and customer service. She not only comforted me but also offered assistance proactively. Her exceptional dedication and support made the entire experience even more outstanding. And of course, the hotel room was very comfortable. I highly recommend it!”

UUtente ospiteHo confrontato molti hotel online.Alla fine ho scelto l'hotel vacanze della penisola.Certo, non è deluso.Entra nella sala.Il personale della reception mi ha detto immediatamente buongiorno!La velocità di trattamento è stata rapidamente sprecata e mi ha guidato nell'ascensore.Entra nella stanza e trovato che l'igiene era buona. Intimamente in camera, ci sono persone che si trovano in viaggio come noi, che mettono un guanto di cuoio di pelle in una sola volta.Ho finito di bere due centinaia di tonnellate di monte.Il cameriere mi ha riempito due chili.Un servizio molto intima.Vale la pena.

❤️La colazione era molto ricca. Abbiamo scelto di sederci in giardino per fare colazione. Non faceva molto caldo ed era molto confortevole. C'era anche del tweed di tofu [cattivo].
