Very comfortable laundry room.
I only wanted to report one negative thing, they should be stricter in enforcing the ban on smoking in the lift and common areas.
Sometimes we entered the lift and there was an unbearable stench.

AAndy & TinaL'hotel è a pochi passi dalla zona pedonale, ma in qualche modo era silenzioso! Ottima sicurezza, dato che è necessaria la tessera della camera per accedere all'ascensore ai piani. Abbiamo richiesto una camera non fumatori e siamo stati felici di non avere alcun odore. La camera era molto pulita e tutti gli accessori intelligenti funzionavano bene, le tende sono ottime per oscurare la camera, ma quando si aprono di giorno la camera diventa arancione.
Abbiamo anche apprezzato la possibilità di fare il bucato, ma abbiamo dovuto salire e scendere le scale perché la chiave della camera non permetteva di accedere al piano lavanderia, e non potevamo accendere le luci in lavanderia.
Il signor 寬 ci ha aiutato con il check-in e il check-out ed è stato molto gentile e disponibile!

My family and I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at the Jato Hotel in Changsha, and it proved to be an excellent base for our adventures in this vibrant city. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere, which is always a relief when travelling with children.
Our family room was a highlight. It was thoughtfully laid out, providing ample space for all of us and our luggage without feeling cramped. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of sightseeing – a crucial factor for keeping everyone happy! We particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and, indeed, the entire hotel. It’s clear the staff take great pride in maintaining high standards.
The amenities at Jato Hotel catered well to our family's needs. While we didn't use every facility, knowing there was a restaurant on-site was convenient for those evenings when the kids were too tired to venture far for dinner. The laundry service also came in handy, a real bonus for any family on an extended trip. The Wi-Fi was reliable, keeping the teenagers content during downtime.
What truly stood out was the service. The staff were consistently friendly, approachable, and eager to assist with any queries we had, from directions to local attractions to recommendations for family-friendly eateries. Their helpfulness made our stay significantly smoother and more enjoyable.
The hotel's location was also very convenient, allowing us easy access to explore Changsha's key sights. While specific distances to attractions might vary depending on the particular Jato Hotel branch, we found our location to be a good starting point for our excursions.
Overall, our experience at Jato Hotel was overwhelmingly positive. It offered a comfortable, clean, and family-friendly environment with excellent service. We would happily recommend it to other families looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay in Changsha and would certainly consider staying here again on a future visit.

TTravelfreeSebbene inizialmente difficile da trovare, questo hotel si è rivelato adeguato alle mie esigenze per due notti.
L'hotel è situato in una posizione comoda, vicino ad alcune linee della metropolitana e a centri commerciali, ma questo è tutto. Non c'è molto da fare nei dintorni, la maggior parte delle attrazioni turistiche o dei ristoranti degni di nota si trovano a circa 3 km o più di distanza e richiedono un tragitto in taxi o metropolitana.
L'hotel in sé è piuttosto pulito e moderno, le camere dei miei amici erano piuttosto pulite e moderne, ma la mia era vecchia, sporca e dal design insolito. Credo che in precedenza fosse una camera familiare e, invece di fare dei veri lavori di ristrutturazione o decorazioni, hanno semplicemente rimosso il letto aggiuntivo. Alcune pareti sono decorate con disegni di bambini a matita, altre sono semplicemente sporche. La stanza è spaziosa, ma c'è solo un tavolino e una sedia. I miei amici che hanno pagato meno o la stessa cifra avevano due sedie o persino un divano. La mia camera nel complesso sembrava strana.
La colazione era standard, consiglierei i noodles preparati al momento rispetto al buffet precotto.
Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile.
Nel complesso il mio soggiorno è stato buono, ma spero davvero che facciano qualcosa per la camera in cui ho soggiornato...

Friendly staff. Consider how much i paid for the room, breakfast is very good. Wuyi square is only about 7-9 minutes. Very crowded. This hotel is highly recommended. The hotel is right on the corner of Taiping street entrance, you would see the entrance gate and the hotel is on your right side slightly behind you.

As a frequent traveler to Hunan, Changsha, I’ve stayed at many hotels around IFS and Wuyi Square, but traffic and congestion have always been an issue—until now. 236 FUNGEE Hotel was a refreshing change! Located just an 8-minute walk from IFS, it offers both convenience and peace.
A huge thank you to Dong Cheng and Peng Peng for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The hotel was exceptionally clean—far beyond my expectations. Room service and complimentary laundry service were provided daily without fail, which made our stay all the more comfortable.

My younger brother misplaced his necklace, and when we reported it, the hotel manager immediately engaged a team to help. Their swift and thorough action led to the necklace being found and returned to us—an act of kindness and professionalism we deeply appreciated. Special thanks to the beautiful and kind-hearted manager—you truly have a golden heart.

作为经常前往湖南长沙的旅客，我曾在IFS和五一广场附近住过很多酒店，但这些地段交通常常十分拥堵。而236 FUNGEE Hotel 的地理位置真是太棒了！步行到IFS仅需8分钟，既方便又远离喧嚣，非常适合出行。
特别感谢东成和蓬蓬给予我们热情的接待和无微不至的照顾。从入住的第一天开始，我们就感受到了他们的用心与温暖。酒店整体非常干净，远远超出我们的预期。每天都有免费的客房清洁和洗衣服务，从不间断，为我们的旅行带来了极大的便利。
我们还升级了自助早餐，事实证明非常值得。早餐不仅美味，而且分量十足，每天都吃得非常满足。
最让我们感动的是，在离店的最后一天，我弟弟不小心遗失了项链，我们立刻向酒店经理求助。她立即组织了一支团队，耐心细致地帮我们寻找，最终成功找回并归还给我们。我们对此无比感激！特别要感谢那位非常漂亮的女经理，不仅外貌出众，更拥有一颗金子般善良的心。

Molti cavalieri di fornitura di cibo usano anche per fornire. Suggerire agli ospiti di raccogliere solo, che migliorerà la sicurezza dell'hotel.
