The hotel is NOT where they say it is. The pin on the map is over a mile away from the actual location. They describe it as a 12 minute walk to the train station, when my map said it’s actually a 24 minute walk. The only way I found it was because they sent a car to get me. After going with him, I have no idea how I possible could have found it alone. In the map photo I uploaded the pink dot is where the map lead me, and the red dot at my location is the actual hotel.
The shower had a cigarette butt in the middle of the floor, and the door to the shower can only be opened from the outside.

We just slept here for a few hours an the owner went to pick us up and drive us to the train station at 6am

這次住宿的用户體驗非常非常的差。根據中鐵公寓在攜程網上顯示的地址，在攜程在線地圖和高德地圖上找到的位置距離長沙南站大概500米距離，因此客人才會選擇預訂了這個中鐵公寓。當客户從長沙南站走出來後，按照攜程上顯示的酒店地址導航嘗試步行去這家中鐵公寓（以為衹有500米遠），卻發現在對應的地址那裡根本沒有這家酒店。聯繫了中鐵公寓的電話後，互相加了微信，酒店方給我發了一個實際要入住的公寓的地址定位，是在1.5公里之外了。客人有大件行李箱，不得不打車前往新的位置。給客人造成了很多的不便和麻煩，不知道責任方是中鐵酒店，導航地圖，還是攜程平台?

定位根本不準，就是因為離的近才定的，結果開車都要10分鐘唯一好一點的是店家會接人（一開始店家説接還沒反應過來！）

住宿位置與網上描述不符，距離高鐵站將近兩公里，未按時安排送高鐵站。想在長沙南站便利乘車的請慎重考慮。

半夜一點多到，辛苦店家起來接了！謝謝店家！我訂的是雙人間，給的是三床房。店家説是他老婆搞錯了，不滿意的話可以退。但半夜一點多，我再去哪訂房呢；門內的門把是斷的，出門要靠鑰匙開，極其沒有安全感；床上有毛髮，半夜一點多，忘拍照了！不知道我睡的被具，是否洗過。半夜一點多到，中轉九個多小時十個小時而已，後悔沒捨得多花幾個錢去住酒店，選擇了這個258元的，留下了恐懼和後怕！

酒店名字和訂單的名字不一樣，宣傳圖片真的是宣傳用的，就是單身公寓，家電齊全，就差酒店用的那一套，反正就是沒有你要用的，噴頭壞的，衣櫃壞的，電視看不了，沒網絡，沙發臟的不行，窗簾更是不堪，不過一點到時可以，接送服務不用愁。
