W Changsha

I stayed for 3 nights over Christmas at the W Hotel and it went above and beyond all expectations! From the sleek, modern design to the impeccably clean facilities. It felt very festive as windows and tables were adorned with delightful Christmas decorations, the highlight was the lovely pink tree on the first floor, it was super cute! The entire staff's commitment to ensuring my stay was exceptional deserves high praise. They catered to every need with a level of care and attentiveness that exceeded all expectations. Day 1: Lovely plate of fruit. Day 2: Cute knitted pouch with candy. Day 3: Xmas-plate of fruit and chocolate log. Plus a big shout out to Eric, who was super attentive and assisted in organising my Christmas Eve afternoon tea and the delicious 5-course Christmas Day meal. (It was pricey at 1288, but included the regular buffet, and a gorgeous red basket with gifts plus an oversized bag! So was worth it.) The bar/chill out area seems to be the hangout place. The energetic atmosphere on Christmas Eve was super cool. There was a runway showcasing several models and a cool DJ. It added an exciting vibe to the festivities, making the evening memorable. Furthermore, the huge swimming pool and changing room facilities felt luxurious, only thing missing was a jacuzzi, although sauna and steam room were great. Additional info: hotel is connected to the mall, line 2 metro is accessible via the mall which made is super convenient to travel around the city. Definitely recommend staying here! This W Hotel flawlessly combines luxury, sophistication, and a vibrant atmosphere, making it a standout hotel.

The room is really nice and comfy. The breakfast is very delicious with lots of options. The swimming pool has a sauna and steam room. I think the location in Changsha is very good because it is not too busy during the national holiday and it is close to Changshanan station. You can get anywhere in the city you want very quickly and there is a metro station beside the hotel. There are a lot of staff here who are very helpful and speak English very well ~ Stacy is very nice at the front desk.

Good hotel. Love the pool. Downside- it’s not walking distance to the night markets and party area. Overall a good location and cleanliness 💪 卫生：best 环境：very good 服务：the staff keeps pressing the elevator for me, very caring!!!!

Love the decor curated by the hotel for my note on our wedding anniversary. Room is huge, cosy and clean. Small lapses in the restaurant due to coffee and egg table requests but otherwise attentive. Location is about 30mins away from all the actions but next to a mall and a train station. Was attended by Dimond at the reception and she is great along with other staff.

Great experience with this staycation. Nice staff. Hope to stay again.
