I recently stayed at this amazing hotel that made my experience with my newborn truly special. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, helping me with my luggage and even offering to help with any extra requests. The facilities were clean and comfortable, making it easy for us to settle in with our little one. The hotel also had a lovely atmosphere, which made our stay relaxing. The city view is impeccable! I was particularly impressed by how accommodating they were, allowing us to enjoy our time without any stress. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to any new parents looking for a friendly and supportive environment. They truly made our stay memorable!

One of the greatest hotel we have ever stayed, receptionist is very cute and friendly! She provided us with free room upgrade, which includes million dollars view and extremely clean.

PERFECT LOCATION! Walking distance to taiping lu and night life! Front desk is super helpful, fastest check in ever! Room is clean, bed is soft, AC works great, quiet, and great view, this is real value for money. I found Changsha locals are very friendly, I loved it. Booking again when coming back.

Location couldn't be better, overlooking the river and close to very cute side streets with great coffee and food. The hotel itself is good, staff is friendly. Room was nice, although the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in quite a while.

The location of the hotel is further away from nearest metro station (Wenchangge station). Apart from that, is actually near the Xiangjiang river which is really nice view. The area surrounding is more neighbourly feel than. Hotel is clean, reception lady very attentive and even offered to help me wash the clothes. Washing and drying machine is located next to reception.

Pictures on the website are exactly what it looks like. 10 out of 10 for customer service. They let me check in 3 hours early. Im gonna be making a full review of this place on my yt channel "food x bert" Its the best hotel i ever stayed in for 20 dollars in China. Free water is a huge bonus and bed is comfortable. The reception is extremely nice and helpful. The Hotel is clean. Beautiful views to be seen from a lot of the rooms. I will be staying here every time i go to Changsha. They had a washing machine and dryer and they helped me fold my clothes. Honestly they are giving hilton a run for one quarter the price. Thats why i give this hotel 9.99999 out of 10 because its almost perfect for the value.

Amazing location and nearby buildings light up at night which makes for a pretty nice view. For its affordable price, this place exceeded my expectations. Also you can connect to Bluetooth and play your music with the speaker that is located at the corner of the ceiling.

This hotel is located in a handy location offering great views particularly at night, but we wish that the wires above the railings could be taken away as it does interfere with the views. In order to avoid the wires in the photos, we have to climb up on a chair in order to take a nice photo and video. The room is very nice and has everything we need and we are happy staying here. It is recommended by us as its also great value for money.

The view was amazing, the staff were very nice. I really liked this hotel. The pictures are from the view of my hotel room but if you pay a little extra you get a super nicer view.

A nice hotel and the lady at the front desk was charming and keen to please. Because one of our rooms wasn't ready, we were offered a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room which had great views. The hotel was a little bit difficult to find as non Chinese speakers, its on the 17th floor of the building and signage to get to the elevators to go up, and then find the hotel was a bit confusing. Signs in the elevators might have made this easier. Overall, a very pleasant stay with accommodating and friendly staff.

Excellent hotel in Changsha. Clean, comfortable and with the most helpful staff. They took the time to give us tips on places to eat and call a taxi, and also did our laundry. Great view from the room too. We loved our time in Changsha! Tip: It's not clear but enter the building and take the lift to the 17th floor.
