A great find and amazing value. The hotel is really well curated right from the entrance, lobby and all the decorations . Location is perfect, about a 5 minute walk from Yuanjialing subway (Exit 2). And proximate to Wuyi Square. Had a queen bed which was really soft and comfortable. The room even had a projector which was nicely done. They have free coffee and Milk tea. The staff are very attentive, friendly and welcoming , and their room service was attentive as well.( It definitely helps if one knows basic Chinese, but the staff do their best via translation apps as well). There's a basic Gym and their restaurant for breakfast (which I didn't opt for) is really classy and they allow you to sit there separately but as part of the lobby too. All in all, super, highly recommended and excellent value for money.

Very very good hotel all staffs have very good service mind they helped a lot once you need help from them. Room very good large and nice all facilities ok , location good it near Yuanjialing metro station and railway station also opposite has big mall that you can shopping or find restaurants. Breakfast is nice it’s western style not Chinese food but it less for me 😂
Overall ok recommend stay here if you find accommodation to stay in Changsha. 👍

Comfortable stay! Staff were welcoming and eager to assist. Breakfast was western style, the hotel was able to refund for the 2nd breakfast as it was the same menu and we changed to an earlier timing for our train. There are 2 massage chairs available for hotel guests. Lawson convenience store is just right besides (able to access from hotel). Take exit 2 from Yuan Jia Ling metro to reach the hotel.

To be honest, it’s one of the best hotels i’ve stayed in China. Very clean and good. However there’s a 200 YUAN deposit which was not disclosed by my
Agent, but its fine.
They allowed me to deposit my luggage. The staff cant speak english well but they used translation to communicate (effort is +++++)
Room is clean but smells like someone smoked 5 packs of cigarette but its fine its bearable. Very near the Metro too and the Hotel where the airport bus stops and pick up passengers (Hunan Civil Aviation Hotel).

It is a very nice hotel. The hotel room was clean and the hotel comes with various amenities that you can use. The receptionist are 24/7 and they will help you with any requests or concerns you have. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the subway station and also very close to the Railway stations and Wuyi Square. The place is definitely very good for its price and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity comes.

Excellent hôtel, best soundproofing I experienced so far in china (asked for quiet room away from main street). Laundry room is great, haven't checked out other amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very clean. First of all, the health conditions are excellent, every corner is very clean and tidy, and the aunt's cleaning is very good. Front desk sister service is very good, do check in will send ID card sets, introduce the hotel facilities and equipment, secondly, the environment is beautiful, quiet and comfortable, people feel relaxed. The service attitude is also very good, the staff is warm and friendly, always ready to help. Finally, the hotel was fully equipped and met all my needs. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and highly recommended!

Very clean and loved the bathtub! The room has good amenities for self care and makeup. The ac was not working very well for me, and the breakfast was good but nothing special. The staff were very nice and attentive. Booked for a night of luxury while I’m budget traveling and I think it served me well!
