This hotel is an absolute gem in Changsha! The beautiful retro deco-design creates a charming and nostalgic atmosphere, and the two adorable parrots at the entrance add a delightful touch.
The staff is incredibly kind and always available, making communication seamless by adding guests to a WeChat group for instant assistance. The amenities are outstanding: breakfast (with Western or Chinese options) and afternoon tea are delivered to your room, plus a free laundry service (wash and dry).
The spacious room has an ultra-comfy bed, and the hotel goes above and beyond with thoughtful freebies: mouthwash, dental floss, a stocked minibar (drinks and chips!), and a kettle with coffee and tea included. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable and covers the entire hotel.
A unique highlight? The traditional photoshoot (with qipao and other vintage outfits) is a fun perk!
I’d definitely choose it again for its comfort, service, and charm! 🌟

As someone from the U.S. who wanted to explore more about Chinese culture, this hotel felt like staying in a museum. You can see the history as you walk around from the architecture to the decor. As someone who’s not very good at speaking Chinese, the staff was very kind and accommodating, especially when using WeChat to to communicate my requests. I traveled with my girlfriend and the room we stayed in was spotless and super comfortable. The amenities provided in our room went above and beyond, making our stay feel more luxurious. I will say the free laundry service came as a surprise to me and is a huge plus with staying here. I’ve stayed at St. Regis Changsha, and I can definitely say the stay here is very comparable in terms of comfort. If you’re looking for a hotel with history, charm, and a location that makes you feel like you’re authentically visiting Changsha, then this is the spot to go to. We will definitely be coming back here in the future!!!

What an experience! Amazing hotel with great history in convenient and quiet location. The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. Super comfortable bed and very helpful staff. Would definitely stay again!

這裏，曾是與“湖南賓館”並駕齊驅的湖南省兩大國賓酒店之一，也是“湖南臉面”！！
舊樹開新顏，打卡體驗一下。
先講好的，酒店外在莊重厚實，有深深的歷史沉澱感，內部低調奢華，全部是現代化設施，硬件設施崗崗的。早餐很好👍有免費洗衣服務，老爺車接送服務，旅拍𣎴錯，VIP服務羣很好，反饋處理速度快，表揚工作人員 姚先生 勤勤懇懇 禮貌熱情❤️
問題主要在三處：
1. 到民宿，第一印象是80年代“國有招待所”感覺。
前台一男工作人員説話很嗆人，我們給你安排升級了一間房間，你要也是要，不要也是給你的。緊靠電梯第一間，沒有陽台，採光也不大好……和亦間6500、唐公灣公館、方寸空空客廳、雪晴集·山市晴嵐等民宿形成了明顯不同，他們都是以客户為導向的，可以憑藉個人喜好，在現場選擇自己喜歡的房間。溝通不暢的情況下，更是找不到“值班經理”。這裏經理不像上面那些民宿一樣是靠前指揮的，不在前廳就在大堂，而是像“國企”躲後面了。
2. 地理位置，在狹窄小巷中，院牆阻隔，進出酒店被別的小區包圍，很容易陷入進出困境……
3. 半夜過道聲音，讓你無法入眠；清晨隔壁小區汽車一聲長笛，整棟樓都會被吵醒；不是床墊好，就管用的……
綜上所述，入住需謹慎，打卡倒不錯。

服務很周到，提前好幾天聯繫到我，發了一些攻略和注意事項，管家小肖和多多，服務熱情周到，酒店的位置很便利，就在五一廣場附近，打卡拍照相當出片，衹訂了一晚，住到不想走。離地鐵站比較近，打車也很方便，酒店的房間很好，環境非常漂亮，主要是下午茶，早飯也太精緻，太豐富了，還可以全部送到房間裏。房間還有浴缸，超舒服。服務員態度也很好，服務態度太棒了。下次來長沙還會選這家酒店，值得推薦

非常好的入住體驗，超出預期的好，每一小事都做細緻，尤其管家樂樂和曼曼，很真誠友善，發自真心對客人，必須點贊!下午的話還會提供下午茶，非常精緻，早餐也很豐盛，中式和西式都有，味道也很不錯，強推老鴨湯和酒店臭豆腐。房間還有戴森
