I am glad I booked this hotel. This is the first time I stayed in Orange. The location is near to the pedestrian shopping belt, subway station and there are many eateries nearby. I especially appreciate the self-service laundry room which was not crowded every time I was there. I also enjoyed the numerous on demand free movies available on the TV network. My son watched Finding Nemo which was out in cinemas before he was born! The service crew were polite tho' they don't speak english, but that's not an issue at all. There's a robot delivering stuff around and that's quite the norm in China nowadays. The only things that are not perfect are (1) smokers at the lobby, (2) hot water in shower not very consistent and (3) the payment QR code kept popping up on the TV screen. I would recommend this hotel to travelers. God bless you!

Great location as it is close to the pedestrian street and subway station, easy to get taxi as it's facing main road. Very spacious and clean room, great personal touch on the room decoration!

Location of hotel is great. Many eateries around hotel and pedestrian mall is so near. As hotel is on main road, very easy to get taxis. Hotel lobby serves free coffee and orange juice. Room is very new and clean. Breakfast is just ok. The ladies at front desk are helpful and friendly, always greeting. The manager also gave us discount when we extended our stay. Very happy with our stay at Orange Hotel! Great location and excellent service!

Room is big and clean, and in great location. There are many shopping and food options nearby. The hotel gave me discount for breakfast due to my long stay. Great service.

The location is perfect, just next to the shopping street. The service is fast and friendly, would come to this hotel again if go Changsha

第一次住橘子，也是最後一次入住，服務比華住會旗下其他酒店差太多，到前台就掃二維碼填寫個人訊息，已經表示不願意註冊各種會員了，前台又換個方式來要二維碼，12點準時打電話叫退房，吃相太難看，窗簾也有透光問題

幫朋友訂的房 朋友説很好 非常方便就在五一廣場 酒店房間忘記拍照了 酒店周邊吃的太方便 長沙招牌茶顏悦色也很近 酒店門口就是一家粉店 早起吃一碗太棒了 還有一家湘菜 魚頭很好吃 馬路對面胖冬瓜 物價驚人 性價比特別高 下次有機會去長沙還會考慮

桔子再次沒有讓我失望。減法的裝修風格讓疲憊的旅程得以放鬆，處處體現對旅客的關懷，床品很舒適一覺天亮。前台8號的服務很到位，為我們提供遊玩攻略，並積極解決我們的問題，好評👍

第二次入住這個酒店，裏面的環境還是跟第一次入住一樣讓人很舒適，衞生也很乾凈。裏面的工作人員都非常友好，以前覺得酒店裡麪的洗衣設備很不乾淨，這次體驗了了一下，感覺很好。這個酒店停車也很方便。

一家人第一次到長沙，選擇了開業一年的橘子酒店。酒店太棒了，地點離地鐵站5分鐘，離步行街5分鐘，10幾分鐘可以走到坡子街，太平老街，坐幾個站就到橘子洲，超方便。設施齊全，有洗衣房，健身房，環境乾淨，智能房間和智能馬桶。前臺態度很好，臨走還問我們是否需要水在旅途中飲用，送了兩瓶水給我們。冷氣十足，好舒服。夏天的長沙實在太熱了，餐廳，網約車，商場都好像沒什麼冷氣。只有回到酒店才是最舒服。下次還會來住。

第一次住桔子酒店很滿意，位置超級方便，從酒店到步行街和地鐵站衹是三分鐘的事情，房間及公眾區域都很乾凈舒適，洗衣設施也很方便，06的服務禮貌熱情！唯一需不足的是花灑出水有點温柔，如果能改善就完美了！
