L'atmosfera di questo hotel è accogliente, le camere sono ampie e pulite. Il letto è solido e comodo. Le lenzuola sono bianchissime e profumano di fresco. Il servizio del personale è eccellente. È situato in posizione strategica tra le stazioni della metropolitana di Houjiatang e Namenkou. A sole 3 fermate da piazza Wuyi. La colazione è aperta dalle 7:30 alle 13:00: niente fretta se vi svegliate tardi! Pasticcini e tè gratuiti al pomeriggio, self-service. Potete anche chiedere caffè gratuito alla reception. La cosa migliore è che le camere non puzzano di fumo di sigaretta. L'unica cosa strana che ho trovato in questo hotel è l'assenza di un coltello da burro 🤣... ho dovuto usare un cucchiaio di plastica per spalmare il pane tostato. Nel complesso, ho trascorso un soggiorno fantastico, soprattutto grazie all'eccellente servizio di due giovani addetti alla reception, un ragazzo e una ragazza. Piccoli regali offerti al check-in e al check-out 👍🏼

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole! Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile. La camera era accogliente, moderna e, soprattutto, pulitissima. La posizione dell'hotel era comoda, a pochi passi dalla famosa zona pedonale e dal principale centro commerciale *****.
Il servizio fotografico gratuito offerto dall'hotel è stato davvero interessante e piacevole. Il fotografo era professionale e ha reso l'esperienza fantastica senza stress.
Lo consiglierei sicuramente a chiunque venga a Changsha. Ci tornerò se mai dovessi tornare. 10/10.

Soggiorno fantastico e accogliente. Il personale dell'hotel è molto cordiale e disponibile. A meno di un chilometro dalla metropolitana e da piazza Wuyi. Offre un menù per la colazione variegato e offre un'esperienza fotografica di viaggio eccezionale. L'unico inconveniente è il riscaldamento centralizzato. Great experience at this hotel. The amenities are endless. It's in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area but still within walking distance. The staff are all gracious and helpful. Breakfast and snack options are delicious. Honestly a great find. Will definitely stay there again.

In general a nice and tidy place. But unfortunately I had bad luck and got a room with only a tiny window (I usually avoid non windows rooms) and I didn’t bother changing it late at night while checking in. But because of the lack of proper ventilation that particular room unfortunately did not have good air. Either there is hidden mold or it was the sink canalisation - but anyways there was a bad small and I woke up with headache and sore throat because of it. Needless to say an unpleasant experience and so I changed to another hotel since there are even better located hotels with similar design and standard around in this area. Also the price increased the following days and suddenly wouldn’t let me book with my pre-bought voucher anymore and seems staff wasn’t prepared to help with that, other than they offered I could switch to a higher floor and with proper window. The location of the hotel is fine but a bit more walking to the hot spots than from other hotels, which personally I don’t mind that much. Generally the design and materials used are of high quality but that alone or the breakfast included both were not a reason to stay for me. Meanwhile beware the elwctric plugs are China standards only. Seems an issue in non tier 1 cities but I was able to get a converter at the reception!

Very warming and welcoming place! Everyone is ready to help even if we had language barrier they did there best to communicate! And there is a lot more here you can even have a hot water pedicure kinda thing in your room for soaking your feet and so much more items which you can have. There is nothing to worry about. And the ambience is just so modern yet close to nature loved it! Love from India 🥰
