The staff couldn’t speak English. With an app they did their best. In the morning they thought I would forget breakfast and they called to my room. Be on time for breakfast. There is a lot of choose but they will not fill everything again. It was a Chinese style breakfast. 20m walking from the metro station. The foot massage did a great job after a day of walking. I recommend this hotel. Rooms are spacious. The welcome gift was yoghurt with shrimps. Very nice!

Hotel location may not be the most convenient. The nearest train station is about 20 min walk away.
Basic amenities were given. Was given,breakfast voucher even though our booking doesn't comes with it.
Room is spacious. Cleanliness is slightly higher than average but the floor feels abit sticky / dusty.
Was given 4 pillows which is a plus point for me.

房間其實還行，和圖片基本相符，衹是沒有那麼新。
服務一般主要針對早餐和遇到的早班服務員。準備吃完早餐就退房，忘帶餐票了，不允許衹報房號，非讓上樓去拿，拿了下來進餐廳又沒人收。不知道該説按規定辦事還是管理混亂，前台還當著客人面吐槽；早餐真的不如不提供……

有一説一確實太差，不知道好評都是什麼房型給出來的，實在説服不了自已不評價或者昧着良心打好星，花錢來住店服務沒享受到，房間衞生是我最忍不了的，尤其是床上用品，四星的酒店標準都沒有，比3星和民宿還要臟，完全懶得吐槽，當天下飛機對比了一下網上和評論也問了客服衞生質量如何，回覆我的是很好，入住當天挺期待的，但看到床單上的破洞，污漬我是真想退房，但趕飛機一晚上沒休息真的太累了，沒力氣生氣也沒力氣再選其他酒店，享受升級權益好像也沒升級吧，房間像很久沒打掃過的樣子
設施：很舊，東西都是用了很久的感覺，電話上的灰塵都積灰了，碰都不想碰，看到牀頭櫃桌麪食物殘渣還在堆積一起，當時心態崩了
衞生：太差，床單被套都是破的，太離譜了，湊近看就能看到被子上那些臟臟的小東西，真的忍不了一點，聯繫了前台反饋這個情況也沒一點道歉的意思，衹是過來換了一下床單，換的過程床單也是破的，問我能不能接受，我當時真無語了，讓她重新換個不破的，換完後打算直接休息補覺，但一打開被子看到了被子上的污漬真的難受，買了一次性床單用品來套上用才休息
優點就是早餐挺豐富的，不錯的，這點在我意料之外，因為遇到這些事情我對早餐也不抱期待，但沒想到早餐還不錯
