This hotel has exceeded our expectation. Comfortable and clean. People at the concierge were approachable. We had 2 good night stay there. At night, they sent supper to us. First night we had millet porridge and second night lotus root soup. I like their luggage delivery service to the airport. The only thing i didn't like was their breakfast. Few varieties and not that nice.

First impression was great, room seemed new and clean. However, the beds were REALLY hard. One of the beds had mattresses that felt like we were sleeping on the floor. Another was a tatami placed on an elevated floor. The bathroom also smelled bad / damp. Food options around the area is good, and they also provided complimentary snacks in the room which was interesting to try.

來長沙旅遊入住這家酒店真是不錯之選擇房間都是複式樓樓層很高，窗户很大可以坐在房間裏面看夜景，樓下就是地鐵站出行五一廣場，橘子洲，嶽麓山都可以一站到達，出行都很方便，酒店還能寄存行李服務人員也態度超甜，強推👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

有始以來住過最好的酒店，價格實惠，裝修風格很好清新大氣，loft風格設計，還能看窗外美景，住的很温馨舒適，酒店服務也非常好，體驗感爆棚，下次來長沙還來這家

長沙第二高樓，位置非常好找，樓下就是地鐵口，出行吃喝玩樂都很方便，一箇中心位置去橘子洲，嶽麓山，五一廣場都衹有幾個站，房間還有洗衣機，冰箱什麼的，完全是我們這種懶癌晚期的人福音呀，前台小姐姐還很温馨的提供了線路圖和旅行攻略，房間衞生也很乾凈，阿姨做衞生很仔細，邊邊角角的都很乾凈，加過前台微信，有任何需要可以隨時找前台小姐姐解決，本來打算多住幾天的，因為行程有變需要提前趕回家小朋友都不願意走，小姐姐還貼心的送了伴手禮，小風扇，小朋友非常的喜歡。住店家生意興隆，財源廣進。強烈推薦。

有個小榻榻米，還可以睡一個人的。就是新裝修，稍微有點氣味，不過整體來説還是非常不錯，比較符合我對公寓式酒店的理解。

房間比較大
衞生：乾淨沒異味
服務：由於隔壁裝修一大早被吵醒 叫店家跟物業反映也是及時響應 。需要什麼物品也會幫忙。服務好。還特意加床給孩子們 住得舒服
