Breakfast, comfort, cleanliness, location, we unfortunately only stayed one night and didn't want to leave.
Very comfortable laundry room.
I only wanted to report one negative thing, they should be stricter in enforcing the ban on smoking in the lift and common areas.
Sometimes we entered the lift and there was an unbearable stench.

ZZeeinchinaHo fatto il check-in sabato 28 prima del mio fidanzato per organizzare alcune cose come fiori nuziali, decorazioni ecc. Katrina alla reception è stata assolutamente fantastica. Ha seguito le mie richieste e ha verificato le informazioni sullo staff di Trip.com che erano state inviate in precedenza.
Era estremamente amichevole, gentile, premurosa, diligente e professionale: una vera risorsa per IHG. Lei si è occupata di tutto. Ha organizzato le decorazioni da fare dopo la nostra partenza per la registrazione del matrimonio, così quando sarei tornato sarebbe stato tutto pronto per mia moglie.
Le strutture e il servizio come il ristorante aperto tutto il giorno al 1° piano, il bar Sky27 e l'Intercontinental club al 27° piano, erano meravigliosi. La band latina (duo cubano / colombiano) è stata magnifica e abbastanza amichevole ✊

Friendly staff. Consider how much i paid for the room, breakfast is very good. Wuyi square is only about 7-9 minutes. Very crowded. This hotel is highly recommended. The hotel is right on the corner of Taiping street entrance, you would see the entrance gate and the hotel is on your right side slightly behind you.

As a frequent traveler to Hunan, Changsha, I’ve stayed at many hotels around IFS and Wuyi Square, but traffic and congestion have always been an issue—until now. 236 FUNGEE Hotel was a refreshing change! Located just an 8-minute walk from IFS, it offers both convenience and peace.
A huge thank you to Dong Cheng and Peng Peng for their warm welcome and outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The hotel was exceptionally clean—far beyond my expectations. Room service and complimentary laundry service were provided daily without fail, which made our stay all the more comfortable.
We also chose to upgrade with the breakfast buffet, and it was absolutely worth it. The portions were generous and the food was delicious every single morning.
A special highlight of our stay was the extraordinary support we received on our last day. My younger brother misplaced his necklace, and when we reported it, the hotel manager immediately engaged a team to help. Their swift and thorough action led to the necklace being found and returned to us—an act of kindness and professionalism we deeply appreciated. Special thanks to the beautiful and kind-hearted manager—you truly have a golden heart.
We are more than happy with our experience and will definitely return for our next visit to Changsha. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a great stay with excellent service. Our friends and family will be hearing all about this gem!

作为经常前往湖南长沙的旅客，我曾在IFS和五一广场附近住过很多酒店，但这些地段交通常常十分拥堵。而236 FUNGEE Hotel 的地理位置真是太棒了！步行到IFS仅需8分钟，既方便又远离喧嚣，非常适合出行。
特别感谢东成和蓬蓬给予我们热情的接待和无微不至的照顾。从入住的第一天开始，我们就感受到了他们的用心与温暖。酒店整体非常干净，远远超出我们的预期。每天都有免费的客房清洁和洗衣服务，从不间断，为我们的旅行带来了极大的便利。
我们还升级了自助早餐，事实证明非常值得。早餐不仅美味，而且分量十足，每天都吃得非常满足。
最让我们感动的是，在离店的最后一天，我弟弟不小心遗失了项链，我们立刻向酒店经理求助。她立即组织了一支团队，耐心细致地帮我们寻找，最终成功找回并归还给我们。我们对此无比感激！特别要感谢那位非常漂亮的女经理，不仅外貌出众，更拥有一颗金子般善良的心。

YYas_miniBook a review view the view was exceptional. The breakfast was lacklustre and just not up to standard. The room was decent and cleaning could be better. As well as general Maintenance of the room.
The daily housekeeping was none existent. All that was done was bed somewhat neatened and towels refreshed and water provided. No cleaning of anything else was done which was highly disappointing for a 4star hotel. We also kept on running out of toilet paper.
Requesting amenities on xiaodu was pointless cause they never arrived.

Idee di miglioramento piccole - ci sono 4 ascensori che servono oltre 30 piani strani, che potrebbero portare a un periodo di attesa occupato. Per considerare ascensori che servono piani specifici. Molti cavalieri di fornitura di cibo usano anche per fornire. Suggerire agli ospiti di raccogliere solo, che migliorerà la sicurezza dell'hotel.

UUtente ospiteBuona posizione vicino sia al centro internazionale di convenzione, sia alla stazione ferroviaria. L'hotel si trova anche in una nuova zona pulita e bella: guardando attraverso un campo di sport e di scena verde, ma in un bel po' di spazio per garantire un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante. L'hotel è moderno e pulito, quindi vi dà un'impressione di hotel di alta qualità, ma il prezzo è sorprendentemente un negozio rispetto ad altri. Inoltre è vicino all'aeroporto, alla stazione ferroviaria e anche molto facile prenotare un taxi per andare ovunque.
La camera è spaziosa, pulita e temperata con tutte le comodità e le comodità di cui avete bisogno. Il letto re è comodo e l'atmosfera è tranquilla e piacevole, così ho dormito molto bene. C'è anche un'opzione per convertire il divano in un letto extra senza alcuna tariffa, ma non ne avevo bisogno.
Nel primo piano c'è un piccolo supermercato dove si possono trovare la maggior parte delle cose e snacks comuni.
Inoltre, i servizi clienti sorprendenti, il personale era gentile, utile e il check-in era veloce e facile!
Changsha era turbata il giorno del mio volo e c'era difficoltà a prendere un taxi per andare all'aeroporto perché alcune strade erano inondate. Il personale dell'hotel mi ha appena notato seduto e aspettando mi ha offerto di aiutarmi a arrivare all'aeroporto. Fortunatamente, se non fosse per l'assistenza del personale dell'hotel e la relativa vicinanza dell'hotel all'aeroporto di Changsha, non l'avrei fatto all'aeroporto in tempo per il mio volo.

UUtente ospiteIl servizio è molto buono, anche l'igiene è ottima, i trasporti all'interno dell'hotel sono molto comodi, anche le strutture e le attrezzature sono molto complete. È la prima volta che vengo a Changsha con i miei amici. Anche il clima a Changsha è molto buono. È una città molto adatta al turismo. Nel centro città ci sono molti posti dove mangiare ed è anche molto comodo prendere la metropolitana. La gente di Changsha è molto gentile e ci sono molti posti da visitare nel centro della città, come l'Isola di Orange. La zona pedonale è molto frequentata e animata. Il cibo è prevalentemente piccante, ma il sapore è molto buono. Se ne avrò l'occasione la prossima volta, tornerò sicuramente in questo hotel. È molto vicino all'aeroporto. Se usciamo per giocare il giorno dopo, possiamo lasciare i bagagli alla reception del capo. Grazie mille, grazie capo.
