⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A totally unique and unforgettable place to stay! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything I needed, but it was the people who really made my stay special. The staff were absolutely fantastic — so friendly, caring and attentive, and they genuinely made me feel like a guest rather than just a customer. The location and views are simply epic, and being so close to the Bamboo Sea makes it an amazing place to explore the area. The food was also incredible — everything I had was delicious. I was told I was the first foreigner to visit this year, so I felt a little bit like a celebrity! 😂 Everyone was so interested and welcoming. One of my favourite moments was when Bunny’s father wanted to play pool with me — it was great fun and something I definitely won't forget. This is much more than just a hotel. It feels like a place with real character, warmth and wonderful people. I’m so glad I stayed here and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

衞生條件很好，環境很優美，很有竹林別院的氣息，漫步竹林間享受不一樣的生活。飯菜也不錯，很是推薦的一個地方，物美價廉。

乾淨整潔舒適

來竹海感覺還是在景區門口住宿更方便一些，在小院裏看竹海景色很漂亮，房間裏有加熱毯，住的很舒服，特別是飯菜口味很美味，五星好評

作為一個不大細節的細節控，有被小院的有心打動到。因為是隨山形而上的位置，小院隨處可見一些安全提示標誌，對小朋友比較友好。棋牌室和小木屋都有花草畫、書法壁畫，文化氣息這不就來了。晚上的燈光一開，又是另一種氛圍，暖色調很有味道，坐在崖邊的高凳上，看着遠處的景色，不禁發出人間值得的感歎。總之就是，很喜歡，推薦。

出差住宿好伴侶當選海楠之家了，位置在景區大門處，既可欣賞享受竹海美景，又免去了購買門票的麻煩。小院環境很好，被一片楨楠樹和翠竹環繞，泡上一杯茶（自助茶，菊花、紅茶、清茶這些很方便），就可以呆坐一下午了。很適合逃離忙碌的工作環境，來做一次小小的身心放鬆。很喜歡這裏的農家菜，小院裏就有菜地，現摘現做，健康美味。這兒的服務也很熱情、周到，大家都笑盈盈地，很有一種回到家的感覺，淳樸、簡單。

外出休閑好伴侶——海楠之家。來了一次就忘不了了，成排楨楠樹環繞的環境、古早大鍋柴火灶、特別的竹林小木屋、寬敞的休閑地，別具一格的地方，能給人留下很深刻的印象。心情不好就該出去走走，去沒有天花板的地方，海楠之家就是我心中那片烏託邦。
