I stayed at Ji Hotel while visiting family, and I was impressed by everything. The hotel was so clean, the design was modern yet with a traditional touch, the hotel staff was very friendly and always smiling and made sure all of our needs were met, and the cleaning lady was so nice and always made sure we had lots of water in the room. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of local flavors and the best coffee we had in China. The view from the hotel is amazing and we sometimes just hangout in the room to enjoy the view. We had such a good stay and will definitely be back!

住過最差的全季。太糟糕了！
1.浴室的頂花灑是壞的，房間號1803，不信自己去看，一開的話就水管到處冒水，瘋狂冒，完全沒法用。
2.衞生堪憂，浴巾上有根頭髮，而且浴巾不知道換過沒，不平整，皺皺巴巴，和平時用的不一樣，不敢用，很離譜。
3.華住金卡明明是送早餐的，別的店都可以，但是這個店不行，就很離譜。

攜程第一個差評！體驗很不好。
1.退房時間是十二點，如果想兩點鐘退房衹能開會員，但是，開會員是要錢的，吃相難看！
2.窗簾是壞的，本來有鉚釘固定的地方鉚釘掉了，一早上起來還以為燈被打開了，爬起來想遮光都沒辦法。
3.空調效果數一數二的差！室內温度30度過了一晚上，被子根本蓋不住稍微動一下就會熱死。
4.不知道是不是我沒有把前台服務滿意，一開始給了我一個最邊上的房間。
總結：以後都不會考慮全季了，兩點退房需開會員吃相難看，同時服務態度也一言難盡。空調一晚上室內温度30度忘記拍了，附一張清早窗簾的照片。

入住時前台反覆跟我説我定的是普通大床房，暗示我升級房型，讓我覺得很不適，全國各地的全季住過很多，其實房間都不多，我很清楚沒有升級的必要，也是第一次在全季辦入住時被營銷；
其次，明知房間有問題還是開給客人開了。房間很大一股油煙味，我打電話到前台詢問的時候，我説房間裏很大一股味道，前台立刻問我：是油煙味嗎？所以前台明知道房間有問題，還是給我開了這個房間，而且並不是巧合，兩個房間不同樓層的一個位置都存在這個情況。
300多的房費，在當地也算不錯的了，但沒想到會是這樣的體驗。住過N個城市的全季了，這是體驗感最差的一次。

整體挺不錯的，很乾凈，智能家居挺好用的，確實像大家説的那樣，馬桶很智能…周圍到其它地方交通也很方便。常德當地的美食真的讓人很難不心動。
