前台原本定的普通單間，住的晚給免費升級民宿房，房間很寬敞明亮，位置好，還有免費停車場，大叔也很熱情指引停車，客房服務員衞生做的很仔細，出門就是步行街，吃逛很方便，價格也不貴，人均消費才幾十塊一人，前台有免費的一次性用品拿備的挺齊全的

位置超好，周邊吃喝玩樂一應俱全。房間乾淨整潔，床很舒服，睡得超香。前台很熱情，推薦了很多好玩的地方。服務也很貼心，有問題隨時都能解決。住得特別舒服，下次還會來。

房間是老酒店改造的，訂房圖看着還行，但是進房間之後整體感覺很臟，
牆壁印子很多，壁龕灰塵很多。
窗户看着不乾淨透亮，下面墊子也很臟各種印記。
兩把毛絨椅子除了有臟印子之外還有一個的腿短了，坐着不穩。
床邊的兩個牀頭櫃因為是白色的，很多印記沒有擦掉。
再説回投影儀，我看平台説是24年新上的，24年投影儀已經不算貴了，畫質是480P720P這樣，總之挺失望的。
燈光設計方面沒有開關可以控制發出微光， 任何一個開關都會影響到觀影效果。
洗手間是老式風格，中規中矩，但走過去會有異味，排氣系統不好。

不過百的價格住上這樣的酒店，十分超出預期，酒店乾淨衞生，有投影儀和專屬停車場，自駕友好，保安師傅會提前幫我們聯繫擋住我們的車主挪車，酒店就在常德步行街街頭，地理位置優越，剛入住聽到樓下ktv 聲音還有點顧慮，但是十點多準備入睡時樓下已經沒啥聲音了，到了晚上還是很安靜的。

設施齊全，乾淨衞生，酒店有自己的停車場停車方便。周邊就是商業區步行街，吃飯購物都十分便利！廁所木質門有些老化，開關不便。周圍有卡拉OK，晚上很吵，太影響睡眠。不怕吵能睡着的可以來。

酒店環境很不錯，這個麼熱鬧的位置這個價位還有免費停車場，樓下可以説是常德最熱鬧的地方，性價比超級高。
