Good staff behaviour. Services are also good. Perfect location hotel. The room was very good clean and hygiene.

Bathroom door lock is not working and also there is no option to lock bathroom door.

Mmt rate are high as compared, and also hotel rooms not up to the mark, dining area not clean. Overall it's just below average stay.

Ac & wifi was not working. If you complain, they will switch it on for 5mnts via central switch and then again it will stop. Okay service.

Cockroaches were there in room and washroom as well, blankets was also torn-ed and bedsheets was also dusty

No one taking responcibilty at hotel, only given excusses, no arrengement of breakfast at hotel, either breakfast charges included and advanced pay for hotel, hotel property is supposed to customer left his train for only his breakfast delay please refund my breakfast amount also no one given proper service
