Accommodation, Fooding and Servicesn were of very good standards. We recommend this hotel fir others.

Would not recommend this hotel.
The room had a horrible smell. Even the air-condition couldn’t help with it.
The breakfast was below par too for the price they charge. Sevvaiyan was made in burnt milk. Tea was horrible too. Service was pathetic.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to express my satisfaction with my experience.
The stay was very comfortable, and the quality of food was excellent. The variety and taste made my dining experience enjoyable throughout my visit.
Additionally, the hotel’s location is very convenient. Being near ISBT Chandigarh made travel easy, and the proximity to popular attractions like the Rock Garden and Sukhna Lake (just 5-7 kms away) was a huge plus for sightseeing.
Thank you for providing such a pleasant stay. I will definitely recommend Hotel Sunbeam Premium to others visiting Chandigarh, and I look forward to staying with you again in the future.

Suite was spacious with good furniture and amenities. Cleanliness was not upto the mark. AC vents had dust on them and washroom had fungus deposits at multiple sites. Breakfast- limited choices and food quality was just average.

Basically I went for anniversary celebration just for few hours ,from last two days I said for decoration of room with flowers to manager Mr Rahul ,but on arriving nothing done ,we wait for atleat two hours after checkin for decor ,but the mood and event spoiled for which I am highly disappointed.This at all not done I want my money back as penalty to such type of things ,moreover bath tub was so uncleaned on arriving we call to housekeeping staff to clean ,we not at all expect this type of things in three star property

Hopeless Bed condition, stinking washrooms, worst staff behaviour - Burnt 🔥 Rotis and too much fried Egg Bhujia - Breakfast : Stinking Juice - No customer orientation. pls don't book here

Very poor & bad experience, lectric switches are broken or not working properly, tv not working, non cooperative staff at reception.
