Clean, well equipped apartments. Comfy beds and everything you need in an apartment for a short break. Check in very straightforward and rooms cleaned daily which was a nice surprise Ideal for visiting Harry Potter world and London. Food in restaurant downstairs very good and plenty of it. Only improvement needed is the shower. Limescale has caused it to split so when turned on it sprays over the top of showerscreen Would definitely stay again if visiting London, only 45 mins from Gerrards Cross train station to Marylebone

A very well appointed & clean apartment, with great amenities, however location over busy restaurant/cocktail bar means on an evening expect lots of very loud noise (music) from the same bar/club on the ground floor until early hours, which is clearly audible from the apartment’s.

Spacious apartments , which were perfect for our trip visiting family. It had everything we needed and more(coffee machine, fridge, x2 large tvs, hairdryer, fresh towels). We’ll definitely be staying here again.next time we’re here.

We booked this property in April to stay for 4 nights. on arrival it was a very dirty room. The windows have never been cleaned. The sink was filthy, none on the surfaces had been wiped, floors were sticky and dusty. We complained about the state of the place (i have never made a complaint in a restaurant or hotel in my life) and the owner was very uninterested, he said 'well if I look anywhere I can always find a problem' he offered for a cleaner to come again but due to his attitude we decided to stay somewhere else. I still don't have my money back from these people. They now don't answer their phone. Never stay here.
