Welcome to the Lennon Cabin in the foot of the Catskills. Located in the hamlet of Smallwood in Bethel, NY. Home to the Wood Stock of 1969, Bethel has so much to enjoy! We are located 10 minutes from the Bethel Center of the Arts where you can enjoy one of their many concerts, 10 minutes from Lake Superior State park, White Lake (5min) and the Toronto Reservoir (5min) for lake swimming, kayaking, fishing and other water activities. In our private Hamlet our house is walking distance to our community Lake where you can take morning strolls, bike rides or sit by the doc. We also have our own reservoir trail that you can walk to from the house in addition to a dog park and children's play ground. 5 minutes away is the Alton Distillery located on beautiful grounds where you can enjoy their small batch Whiskey or a curated cocktail. 30 minutes away is the Catksill brewery and various downtowns with eclectic water front dining. We are 20 minutes from Kartrite indoor water park and close to many Alpaca farms as well as horseback riding. Come see all that the Lennon cabin has to offer. Welcome to Trails Head Cabin! Located on a quiet dead end road, this cabin sits at the head of the Neversink River Unique Area and offers activities such as hiking, fishing and hunting. My wife and I have fully renovated the inside of the cabin, and have begun to update the exterior. A five minute drive to Resorts World Casino and Holiday Mountain Ski and Fun Park. A twenty-five minute drive to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts (sight of the 1969 Woodstock Festival). See you soon!Other things to note:Please respect our non-smoking policy. Absolutely NO smoking of any kind is allowed in the cabin. A $200 charge will be applied if you do smoke inside to cover the additional cleaning costs.No Drugs or illegal activity. The primary bedroom downstairs has a queen-sized bed, beautiful views of woods and stars, beautiful light and artwork. The full bed upstairs is super cozy and open to all the quiet reading nooks in the A-frame space. It feels really special and from another era, where everything was handmade. The bathroom is located downstairs on the first floor, and is modern and beautiful, with a full bathtub for soaking.The house has a full kitchen with everything you need to have delicious meals together overlooking Briscoe Lake, or just make a perfect latte to bring out onto the deck for some fresh air and star gazing.The whole house overlooks greenery and water.
