Walking into the open concept house with its large windows and natural light, you will find the main living area, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen, tastefully decorated in a minimalist design to reflect the simplicity and tranquility of the outdoors. The powder room and the master king bedroom suite are also located on the main level.The lower level consists of a walk-out family room with a pool table and a wet bar, one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and 2 full bathrooms. In addition, each of the 3 bedrooms have a single sofa sleeper available for use that can comfortably accommodate a child or a teen (disclosure: the cushions on the sleeper sofas are on the firm side and no sheets provided).The house also features a screened porch, a main level deck, a lower level patio and a beautiful stone fire pit outside. You can have your morning coffee on the screened porch and a glass of wine by the fire pit while enjoying your time with family and friends.As part of your stay, you will also have access to the Owner’s Club facilities with both indoor and outdoor pools, gym, game room and business center.Book now to experience all that Galena and its territory has to offer, and then retreat and relax to this amazing home away from home.Things to note: Charcoal for the grill and wood for the firepit are the guests' responsibility. There is no garbage collection in the Territory. Guests will need to take all trash from the house to the refuse facility.
