No refunds will be given. *****WINTER GUESTS******- Your vehicle must include All Wheel or 4 Wheel Drive for the Winter duration.- Our roads are plowed and maintained regularly during the winter season, however some snow and ice will remain after clearing.- Please note that travel times may increase due to the advisory of slow speeds during winter due to snow/ice.To enhance the safety of our guests and property, we have a security camera facing the driveway/front door and at the back at the property. Make your favorite meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Enjoy fly-fishing privately on the property, or at one of the several public fishing areas that are within a short drive. Explore the Catskill Mountains with its numerous hiking trails. Relax on the front porch and watch hummingbirds and butterflies. Make memories sitting around a campfire taking in the incredible stars. We have Wi-Fi! Wi-Fi calling, high speed internet, cable television (smart tv) and a landline are all included free of charge. Guests can call, facetime, text and zoom. The cabin is located in a remote area of the Catskill Mtns.
