New sofa that can sleep 1, and new queen blow up bed that can inflate in less than five minutes. This fits in the living room and has all bedding for your use. Bathroom pantry stocked with lots of towels and bathroom needs in case you forget anything or need a quick snack before heading out for your day. Large area to park trailers, and bon fire area with wood all ready to go.
