Buona atmosfera, adatta al relax. tutto il personale è adorabile?

Il personale era davvero gentile, le strutture sono fantastiche e grandi: enorme piscina, grande giardino. Ottimo posto per rilassarsi qualche giorno.

Muro troppo sottile Sento la voce dall'esterno. La stanza ha l'aria cattiva Io e la mia ragazza ci sentiamo a disagio. Il cuscino ha odore e devo chiedere il cambio Non proprio soddisfatto

The overall hotel is very nice . There are plenty space for dog to walk (all 1st floor) . He can access to almost every part of the hotel except for the dinning area . They allows dog with carrier on the lobby floor and outdoor dinning area. The dog fee is ฿1,500 extra with free dog meal. However the amenities for dog is not really suitable. Bed comes only mattress no bed cover so, it isn’t feel clean for me! The cage was difficult for him to access by himself. The pampers was for female. The bowl are very small which is easily to be messy

It was good time to spend my time with family including 3 kids. Facilities area nice also beach front. Especially for small kids there really good facilities for them. Can be improved for the food as Marriott hotel standard.

The location is quite good I recommend for family with children Amenities are available Room is clean I can’t believe this is five-stars hotel and of Marriott Bonvoy Your service is not well organized: room and breakfast table We arrived at the room with the baby crib and we didn’t order any kind of that. When we arrived at the breakfast table, someone stole my table, and the staff assigned us new table. Then, after we put our plates on that table, someone told us this table belonged to them. I just felt like busy is understandable, but you’re five-stars hotel? didn’t you expect it should be crowded on the holiday. We need to move table two times just for having breakfast without any apologies from your staff. Are you sure your are five stars hotel?

Wonderful holiday resort in Rayong. Beautiful large rooms. Amazing outdoor facilities with two huge swimming pools. A beautiful white sand beach is directly at the hotel. The breakfast selection is huge, fresh and tasty. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday stay

Overall, location is good, breakfast is various and very good. The excellent thing is water flowing of tub and shower are amazing. I recommend this hotel and I will stay here in the next time

Nice hotel with large swimming pool. Perfect for family and elders.

This is our second visit to the Marriott Rayong and we love it here. Amazingly friendly staff who are always happy to accommodate us and our baby. Beautiful setting with the lagoon pool overlooking the beach, also perfect for catching the sunset. Comfortable, spacious rooms.We will be back again for sure!

This is the REAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME! The staff is the only thing that is good in this hotel Everything is old, scratched, dirty, the beach is useless and the prices are Marriott price range but the food is below average
