The rear garden is fenced with lockable gates and is set up to cater for both young families or adult groups visiting the area for fishing and water sports. There are several outside taps conveniently located for flushing engines and washing down boats plus the rear patio has several power points to plug in the Engels and bait freezer. BYO towels and bed sheets. Please note that this property has no heating or air-con. If you are visiting during the winter months you may like to bring an electric heater with you. There are plenty of electric fans for those particularly warm summer periods although the Ocean seabreezes will be enough most days. Designed to easily accommodate two families/couples with a maximum capacity of 8 guests including 1 king sized bed, 2 queen sized beds and a pull out sofa bed upstairs in the second living area. There are 3 TVs (family room (Smart TV), bedroom and upstairs living area). Linen provided, luxury appointed with quality fixtures and fittings. Everything you could want at a dream location with free Wifi. The WIFI password is on a fridge magnet on the fridge.- Outside hot and cold shower to wash off the sand from the beach- 3 reverse cycle air conditioners- washer & dryer- private court yard- BBQ and full utensils. There are two gas bottles.
