This cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Ventura Heights, just a block off of Clear Lake. The kitchen is well-stocked and open to the dining area. Family room has a big screen tv, gas fireplace & closet loaded with games. Both bathrooms have walk-in tile showers. Laundry room has washer and dryer available. Deck has outdoor furniture with cushions. No pets. No smoking. The neighborhood has a park located on the lake, access to walking and bike paths and the public boat ramp is less than five minutes away. The house is close to Ventura restaurants and The Viking (ice cream shop) or just a short drive or boat ride to Clear Lake restaurants. Clear Lake is a great place for swimming, fishing and boating. Clear Lake Getaway Very clean, well equipped poperty just off of Clear Lake in the Ventura area. The owner Rocke was very accomadating for our group and communicated excellent with us. Highly recommend the property and would stay again.
