"Disappointing Stay Despite a Promising Start – L’Escale Resort Marina & Spa, Seychelles. We stayed at L’Escale Resort over Easter, hoping to create special family memories. Upon arrival, the experience began on a positive note—check-in was smooth, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. The resort itself has an elegant, modern design and initially gave off the impression of a true luxury getaway. We paid USD 8382 (plus 600 for extra bed) for 6 nights. However, things quickly took a turn once we entered our room. The lighting control panel was partially broken—only one of the three panels worked. Several lights didn’t function at all, and a power socket panel was damaged. While the rest of the room looked clean and comfortable, these maintenance issues were disappointing for a resort of this caliber. The following morning, we encountered more problems. Our key card suddenly stopped working after breakfast. We were told this might be because it had been near a phone, which seems like a weak excuse for what is likely a system issue. "Un enorme bagno per la vostra compagnia, nessun vicini. L'aeroporto è a 5 minuti a piedi. Molto comodo letto, condizionatore d'aria funziona perfettamente. Si siedono confortevoli sul balcone. Grande ospite. Ottimo per sistemare il giorno dell'arrivo, volo, aspettare un traghetto, o per studiare l'isola con la macchina, a meno che non viva in linea di principio con il mare. Molto freddo salire sulla montagna, con una camminata da bagaglio sarà difficile."

La persona del desk front era molto carina, quando scoprì che andavamo molto presto al mattino per prendere il nostro volo, ci portò il nostro colazione la notte prima proattivo, così potremmo avere prima di partire."
