IIndriani AThe hotel is so good! Good location (near to go to practically everywhere), good facilities in the room & bathroom, very good service staffs, and best breakfast choices.
We came to check-in and passed all of our luggages to the hotel receptionist, and they arranged to bring our luggages to our hotel room, while we went out.
Breakfast spread & choices were so good, especially it has the Semarang unique food (nasi ayam, nasi gudeg, tahu gimbal, nasi pindang, nasi soto etc etc).
We also like the Sido muncul jamu, although a bit too sweet for us.
Concierge staff also helped us to pack our box at night time before our flight to Jakarta the next day.
Unfortunately for our corner room at 7th floor, somehow the traffic noise was quite loud.
We also hope the Tentrem mall will have many more shops for our shopping spree, else we still prefer to go to Paragon City mall :)

WwilzkanadiStudio 55 has a very lovely layout and great size. With a sofa bed, and one big table to work or have dinner in room.
Big appreciation for the hotel to let us check in 30 minutes earlier and check out 60 minutes later (based on room availability). The service was great and staffs were friendly.
Breakfast place is small (around 10 tables only). Tried to go around 8am, it was full and had to wait, so I came back around 9am and it was nice ambience. Great food, they had indomie in the menu.
Parking area is very limited. Valet is necessary. It’s free, but most of the time it takes time for your car to go out and in.
Overall it’s nice experience and I will stay here again in this room type again.

- Super No no: Internet lento, a volte il wifi può disabilitare la connessione da solo. Quindi dobbiamo riavviare/segnare di nuovo. Veramente frustrante ottenere i hiccups durante la chiamata della mia famiglia, scaricare 1 gioco per il mio ragazzo è estremamente lento.
Questa gestione dell'hotel deve prestare attenzione a questo problema, si dovrebbe utilizzare il wifi con una migliore qualità, che può ospitare molti ospiti, senza biglietti e senza difficoltà di accesso.
Non lasciare il vostro prezioso personale di front desk/front line sempre arrivare e compromettere la prima furbia e frustrazione di qualsiasi ospite su questo problema mentre i manager si siedono alle spalle della porta dell'ufficio.

NNouveau82Overall it's quite okay, but this hotel is more suitable for business trip. It doesn't fit my taste for a family vacation. Located just few meters from the busy street, in a busy building. Good thing is there are lots of restaurants and food stall around.
Bed wise, it's too short for me. The room is big, but somehow the bed is kinda short. So weird.

UUtente ospiteI asked workers to change my room because my room was too noisy due to the live music in front of the hotel. The receptionists instantly addressed the issue and introduced a new quiet room.
And I asked to finish the laundry earlier than usual because I needed to leave the hotel earlier to catch the flight. And, the receptionist also handled this quickly and delivered laundries on time.
I can't appreciate enough their service and hospitality.

PPatrick BelfastFirstly this hotel was very cheap and so I did not expect a lot. It seems like an hotel that is either due to close or getting ready for major renovation. So everything needs a deep clean and a facelift. Having said that, because it is cheap it is actually very good value for money. The staff was very helpful, the room was grubby but nice enough and the bed very comfortable. I was really impressed by the food, we ate dinner in the hotel and had breakfast, both were great. If you can turn a blind eye to the ‘tiredness’ I would recommend this hotel.
