Hotels con pick-up a Central Semarang

Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.

Abbiamo controllato molti hotel Aston e siamo sempre soddisfatti, ma questo... bene. Io mi accontento del punto Plus + posizione è strategica + camera è grande (con ma ...) + colazione ha molte variazioni e delizioso ... come previsto dall'hotel Aston + velocità Internet è abbastanza buono Minus - protocollo di riscaldamento libero, Molte persone camminano senza maschera e nessun personale si preoccupa - molto piccolo in tavola della stanza (sala 1115), Posso quasi mettere il mio portatile lì, voglio cambiare la stanza ma hanno detto che è completamente prenotato .. Seriamente con una stanza così grande, non farà alcun danno se fornirà un ufficio più grande - grande stanza, divano, ma la luce è davvero oscura, anche una delle lampade è rotta, scambio meccanico la bulba che porta a qualche rottura dal tetto cadere e rendere il divano sporco - Bagno è così piccolo e nessuna porta per la zona doccia così l'acqua splash qui e là - povera segnale TV di solito uso Aston Hotel, ho anche scritto questo in un altro Aston Hotel (Aston Cirebon che wayyy meglio di Aston Semarang) .. Bene, so che questo è Aston Inn (che dovrebbe avere un livello inferiore) ma non mi aspettavo di essere così diverso :)

Location was in the central Semarang. The room was spacious enough. Bed was very comfy and bathroom size was also spacious. Breakfast was good with Indonesian food. They have Indomie instant noodle station so it was really fun. The staff however need more training ( one staff did not know whether it was yogurt or mayonaise, he said it was yogurt so I was mistakenly ate a spoonful of mayonaise. Another staff did not know what “sunny side up egg” was ) But overall it was very relaxing stay.

Ho prenotato questo hotel con app . Questo hotel situato nel centro della città di semrang chiuso da simpang lima. Quando parcheggiamo la nostra moto un po 'confusione perché nessun guardia ci può aiutare , quindi penso che si mescola tra ospite e dipendente. Inizio il check in circa le 4 :00 , credo che in quel momento sarà occupato durante il fine settimana , ma comincio con deluso per la prima impressione della squadra di front desk . Ho prenotato 1 camera grande e non fumatori ma non disponibile e offrono fumatori . Lo prendiamo ma ancora deluso, ho pensato che non avessero letto la nostra prenotazione con attenzione quando hanno ricevuto la mia prenotazione per app. Il nostro hotel è stato chiesto di copiarlo e compilare il modulo di prenotazione e di darci le chiavi, ma non ci hanno dato informazioni chiare sull'hotel. Quando siamo arrivati alla stanza, hanno detto che il mio numero era 502 e ho cercato di aprirlo, ma non ha funzionato e ho controllato la piccola busta la stanza è 503. Fortunatamente l'ospite del 502 non sapeva questo caso perché ho visto l'ospite del 502 venire dopo avermi trasferito a 503 . La camera è spaziosa e confortevole, ma durante la notte dormono, posso sentire l'ospite della prossima porta girare la TV fino al mattino perché la nostra camera ha una porta collegata. Piscina in 3rd floor non è grande ma è ok, guardando la tovagliola non l'abbiamo trovato nemmeno il cameriere non l'abbiamo trovato.Colazione al 2nd floor, il menu ha così tanta scelta, si può prendere da soli. Quando incontriamo il dipendente , quasi di loro meno ospite per salutare l' ospite a volte io prima , penso che abbiano bisogno di migliorare la loro ospite . Ho trovato solo una donna sul mio ufficio di fronte che ha una buona impressione sull'ospitalità durante il mio check-out con l'uniforme grigio, non amava le 1 donna sul mio ufficio di fronte con l'uniforme arancione durante il mio check-out che sembrava non preoccuparsi dell'ospite. Spero che in futuro si tratterà di un buon miglioramento .

Mi piace il colazione e tutto il resto. Prezzo dell'hotel in Indonesia quindi devi trovare bene Sono soddisfatto Non è così economico. Gli hotel a 4 stelle sono in cattivo stato e si deve trovare un letto.

Stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe room on 9th floor. Well located in the city center about 10 minutes walking to Simpang Lima and Citraland Shopping Mall. It is opposite of Telegorejo Hospital. A lot of cafes, restaurants and foodstalls nearby. Parking area is very tight and limited but available free vallet service to park our car. Bed room is fairly large and clean. Breakfast in the restaurant available indoor and outdoor areas has good selections of both Indonesian & Western styles. The hotel staffs were attentive, courteous and friendly. Thanks to Ilham who served us every morning in the restaurant. And a Rooftop Bar on the 10th floor also nice and has live music on certain day.
