"È bello avere un hotel vicino all'ospedale, il loro servizio era anche grande, ma anche se penso che dovessero cambiare il letto, era inconfortabile. Credo che occorrano aggiungere più WiFi in diverse località."

"Arrived late around 1am after long traffic jem before terowong menora ipoh. Greet by staff well. Express check in. They collected deposit Rm100. This 3rd time im staying here. I like this hotel because they have all facilities that i needed. As you can see in my picture below. Foods nearby walkable so dont have to worry. Parking also got but you have to put coupons or else using MBSP apps. I always park at the back of the hotel building which is easier . Overall is a nice hotel to stay."

"This is my third stay. The previous two times were fine, but I was a little disappointed this third time. The air conditioner in the room is not cold, and many touch screen buttons are broken and need to be repaired."

"Upon arrival, I discovered that the air conditioning in the room was not functioning properly, as I was unable to adjust it to my desired temperature. I promptly informed the front desk before leaving the hotel for some time. When I returned, I was informed that the issue had been addressed, and I was told that the temperature variation was limited to 3 degrees. For example, if set at 28°C, the temperature would remain around 25°C. However, later that night, the air conditioning became excessively cold. I have attached pictures and videos for your reference. Despite attempting to increase the temperature and restarting the system several times, I was unable to achieve a comfortable setting. This situation caused significant discomfort during my stay. As I have had pleasant experiences at your hotel in the past, I am writing to bring this matter to the attention of your management. I kindly request an acknowledgment and a response regarding this issue. I lodge this complaint at the hotel, they acknowledge received my email but after 5 days no reply"

"Overall the apartment is cozy. We loved the stay. The swimming pool is very basic type just meant for kids. There is a table tennis and a simple gym for guests. The apartment is clean. However after the next day os our stay, my wife's eyes was bitten by some bugs which we found at the master bedroom. Her face and eyes got swollen badly. I search online and found out that these bugs are very poisonous. I know the hotel management can't control the bugs from flying into the unit. But we as guests shouldn't suffer this kind of painful experience too. The management has yet revert me of what action should I take now.. I am writing this review so that all guests should always check their unit for these flying bugs. Other than that, this apartment is a good choice to stay. Staff are helpful and friendly too."
