"Visited the hotels several times. This is one of my favourite hotels in Malaysia, it is very cosy and they provide a good breakfast menu. The hotels scrounging by a lot of restaurants and food courts, it is suitable for people who need a quick bite."

"Personale amichevole, spazioso, confortevole e pulito.Parcheggio gratuito davanti all'hotel e al livello 5 👍👍
Ritorneremo a casa come confortevole e buono soggiorno per noi quando in questa zona. Solo cons: sarebbe molto meglio se potesse mantenere il tetto libero da polvere lungo la camminata verso ogni camera degli ospiti."

"The reservation staffs ( Shermin , Husna & Aleesa) is very helpful n so kind . That night they try very best to find new room for me since I need to upgrate the room to bigger room. They are very fast n efficient in doing their job. Breakfast at the Light Hotel as usual very good n delicious . The chef , Mr Murugan bring fried kueteow speacially made for us. And it is so yummy. We be back."

"L'hotel è perfettamente situato, con una vicina corteccia alimentare che offre una vasta gamma di cibo delizioso. Le camere sono pulite, il personale è amichevole e le strutture sono complete e pensate. La lavastoviglie fuori dal bagno è intelligentemente progettata e molto conveniente. Ci è un distributore d'acqua fornito nel lobby, che è molto conveniente. Io sarò certamente indietro!"

"è stato il mio quarto soggiorno in questo hotel, e come sempre, è stata una fantastica esperienza! Il posto è super pulito, comodo e molto ben mantenuto. L'atmosfera è tranquilla, e tutto è stato perfetto per tutto il nostro soggiorno 2-day. Sono sempre felice di tornare qui e di raccomandarlo!

ZZhi WenWhat I like: Friendly housekeeper. Property is new and clean, the bed seems to be clean and hygienic. No dirty/dusty spots in room and at corners. Drinking water dispenser is available at common area. Iron & ironing board at common area. Table & chairs at common area is helpful for getting some work done on laptop. Great place for a good night sleep, no noise issues during my stay. Standard USB ports (2x) on the power socket is available, if you forget your charger or need more ports.
What can be improved: Slow Wi-Fi (DL: 4mbps, UL: 0.5mbps) but it's likely an issue with the area and not unique to this property. Wi-Fi password can be displayed in room or common area. Onboarding and checking in process can be more seamless. Sound proofing of rooms is not great. No hairdryer. I did not use the pool, but if you plan on using it, you may need to inform property owner to prepare beforehand as there were little water in the pool.
I hope the cleanliness continues to be uphold and all is great with this property, thank you!

Lato sbagliato:
1) I fuochi d'artificio sono stati trovati (che hanno causato una grave infiammazione) ogni giorno.
2) Relatò le antiche incendie ma niente non è stato per 2 giorni (stava 5D4N) fino a quando non ho chiesto una soluzione.
3) Il servizio è cattivo, non si scusò nemmeno dopo che gli ho detto il problema e anche ricordato loro che non si scusano ”cortese”.
4) Il giardino è solo una vecchia palestra che è rotto e poche palestra.
Conclusione, non andrà di nuovo a meno che non cambino il loro comportamento.

Excellent location with plenty of eateries nearby and convenient parking available. The front office service was top-notch—friendly, efficient, and professional. The room was modern and well-designed, featuring a comfortable bed and updated facilities that made the stay very pleasant. Highly recommended for both leisure and business stays.

UUtente ospiteOverall the apartment is cozy. We loved the stay. The swimming pool is very basic type just meant for kids. There is a table tennis and a simple gym for guests. The apartment is clean. However after the next day os our stay, my wife's eyes was bitten by some bugs which we found at the master bedroom. Her face and eyes got swollen badly. I search online and found out that these bugs are very poisonous. I know the hotel management can't control the bugs from flying into the unit. But we as guests shouldn't suffer this kind of painful experience too. The management has yet revert me of what action should I take now.. I am writing this review so that all guests should always check their unit for these flying bugs. Other than that, this apartment is a good choice to stay. Staff are helpful and friendly too.

amenities such as toothbrush set, hair dryer , build in shampoo and etc. surprisingly I just notice there is so called Government tax in BM. As per front desk it is only applicable to whom booked at trip.com need to pay at the counter separately.
Location is peaceful and quiet. Good for rest and for transit stay.
