UUtente ospiteThe hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes,fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.

BBobI almost didn't book here because it appears to be a 1950s motel with fresh paint. That would have been a huge mistake. The location is perfect for wandering downtown and the parks by the lake. The room was bright, colorful, and one of the cleanest ever. I couldn't stop being amazed by the updates and upgrades, and all the bright colors kept me smiling. The color matched vw bus in the lot defines the character. I will choose Hotel Zed again over any of the boring up-scale or traditional places to stay in Kelowna. It's different, fun, and a great place.

UUtente ospiteThe hotel was great, we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, nice pillows and towels. The toiletries were a bit too small, so we asked for more and were provided right away. I absolutely loved the territory and the warm outdoors swimming pools and hot tubs, those are amazing!
The only thing is the restaurants on the property, even though the menu is quite good, the dishes didn’t taste great, we had two breakfasts and two dinners, and ordered different things every time, but still. Could be us, but just a note, you may want to eat elsewhere.

DDev_TirthoIl mio soggiorno è stato presso il Recreation Inn durante il mio recente viaggio a Kelowna, e in generale è stata una buona esperienza per il prezzo. E'stato servito in stile buffet con una buona miscela di muffin d'uovo, frutta, pane e succo, tutto era fresco e ben preparato, facendo un bel cominciamento al giorno.
La stanza stessa era pulita e aveva tutte le attrezzature di base che mi servivano, ma devo ammettere che la condizione della stanza era molto datata. Il mobilio e la decorazione potevano davvero servire un aggiornamento, e c'era un odore di merda sgradevole nella stanza che si aggirava per tutta la mia permanenza, che certamente ha influenzato il mio comfort.
Il personale era gentile e utile, e il processo di check-in era ben fatto. La posizione è conveniente, vicino a alcuni ristoranti e non lontano dal lago, che è stato un bonus.
Se stai cercando un posto di base per sbattere per una notte o due e non ti dispiace un po' di una vibrazione più vecchia, potrebbe funzionare. Ma se sei sensibile all'odore o alla ricerca di qualcosa di più moderno e rinfrescato, questo potrebbe non essere il migliore.

MMikki LizIl personale del front desk era eccezionalmente amichevole e accogliente. Il ristorante sul posto è veramente un gem nascosto, sia il cibo che le bevande erano eccellenti. L'unica questione che ho incontrato è stato il condizionamento dell'aria nella stanza. Era piuttosto rumoroso, quindi l'ho spento prima del letto per dormire meglio di notte. Tuttavia, mi sono svegliato presto al mattino per scoprire che era tornato e la temperatura della stanza era scesa a 18°C, che era incomodatamente fredda. Ho detto questo al dipartimento di fronte durante il check-out e il personale mi ha sinceramente scusato e mi ha assicurato che lo guardarebbero. Ho apprezzato il modo in cui la situazione è stata gestita. L'altro è che la stanza è un po' troppo costosa.

SSharonkyThe in-room air conditioner was excessively noisy, necessitating its disengagement and the subsequent opening of a window. It is difficult to envision the situation during a particularly hot summer evening. Additionally, several large trucks were parked and engaged in the unloading of goods each morning at 6:00 PM. Notably, one of these trucks was positioned directly beneath our room, which proved to be an extremely irritating occurrence. The infrastructure of the hotel, particularly considering its recent opening, appears to have been inadequately planned to accommodate guests.
