On our 17 acre property where our family lives, there are large shared green spaces with fruit trees and a fire pit area, trails/ roads through the forest. "The staff were very helpful. Free parking across the street. They were able to accommodate my request for a quiet room in the corner, away from the elevators, and facing the courtyard. We had a group dinner at the attached restaurant, the food and drinks were great! If I am in Nelson again I will definitely come back."

Our cozy little studio suite is separate from the main house- you'll have your own space and your own entrance and personal private patio in the garden to enjoy. Our yard is lined with privacy shrubs and we have two huge trees, a Japanese Maple and a Black Walnut that are over 100 years old, and on even the hottest days the shade they provide keep our yard much fresher and cooler than anywhere else. There is also a hammock in the shade for your enjoyment, as well as a trampoline :) The studio has lofted ceilings which adds to the bright and airy feel of the space. We are an easy, flat 15 min walk from all the bars and restaurants and there is a shopping centre 2 min away with a Safeway, Starbucks, and Liquor Store. Beyond that are paths that will take you right down to the water. This location in the heart of the city cannot be beat! You are welcome to borrow our bicycles to get around if you'd like. We also have a couple of cheap plastic kayaks that you're welcome to bring down to the water. Lakeside park is just down the street! I am a Vancouver expat who has lived here since 2004, although I spent my summers here as a child so I feel comfortable saying I am a local. I work as an ER nurse and manage first aid for many local festivals, so I have my finger on the pulse of what's fun to do around here, especially during the summer! My partner is a local carpenter and we live on the other side of the house so we are here and available for anything you need. We live here with my teenaged daughter and our 2 dogs and 2 cats- we are animal lovers and welcome guests with well-behaved fur babies. ❤️ You're welcome to smoke on the patio outside, but not inside. We are 420 friendly, as long as it is outside as well. We have only just put our place on this website, but we have been up and running on A*rbnb for a few years and our place gets rave reviews. We truly want our guests to feel at home, and we will do whatever we can to make sure you enjoy every minute of your stay! Bbdawwg 017Nice hotel, clean and good size rooms. A bit out of the way in comparison to town. We were traveling with a large group and some hotel staff were accusing us of poor behavior even though we specifically told them we weren't part of the group they thought we were. Didn't matter though, the hotel staff in the hallways treated our children poorly, threatening them and were yelling at them for walking down the hallway to another room, even though the gentleman at the front desk didn't even know the kids were walking past when they did, we asked him. We made sure kids were in their rooms before 11 and we were on the 1st floor. Amenities were nice and Ricky's restaurant next door was convenient. However because of the poor treatment, we will not be back.

PPat and MatOlder hotel but nicely updated while keeping it's charm. Our room was spotlessly clean. The lobby had fresh coffee and teas to make along with comfortable couches, a gym, jacuzzi and sauna.

UUtente ospiteI should give all 5 star for Prestige Inn. Acutally I like to location the best after I stroll on Baker street --- several hotels on trip.com (or ***********) are on Baker street and parking is an issue. Prestige Inn has ample parking, great view to the lake. The only thing is that the rail is close --- 2 trains passing per day and it seems guests are excited on balconies to see the trains!
Reception lady is very polite, professional and gave us a free upgrade. Be carefull at booking: a few basic queen room are in half basement(have windows), showing floor B1 on booking page. They don't have air conditioning.
Highly recommended this hotel!!! They have Prestige Resort which is 5 mintues walk along the lakeshore, to have pool, restaurants... to enjoy.

A bit of routine maintenance needed for a leaking bath tub faucet and the inside of the sink overflow drain should be sanitized and cleaned out. Plenty of hot water! Our keycard had to be replaced twice due to none function. Certainly would stay again.

MMcCrackenPer il prezzo di questo hotel sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Il servizio non era tutto ciò che poteva essere, probabilmente perché c'era solo una persona alla reception. Era oberata di lavoro. Detto questo, era efficiente. Avevo bisogno del servizio in camera alla fine ho rinunciato perché era troppo occupata. A parte questo, era uguale a posti il doppio del prezzo. Anche Dairy Queen si trova nelle vicinanze.

SSmithPaulLa camera e il letto erano confortevoli. Il ristorante serve un grande colazione e la loro pizza è fantastica. Grande prezzo per hotel comparabili nella zona. Rimango qui di nuovo.
