Very nice hotel. Nice view from the room. If given a chance to go back to Jakarta, I’ll be staying here again.

I would like to call out Mr Ramdhan, a waiter at Harris Cafe, for his excellent service. The last time when I was staying 2nites at the hotel, he remembered on the 2nd morning of my breakfast that I drank Cuppacino. He served me Cuppacino without me asking.
This morning when he saw me, he remembered and asked if I wanted a cup of Cuppacino, and he served me again!
I am truly impressed with his level of service, and applaud the hotel for this high standard. Thank you Mr Ramdhan and Harris Cafe!

i have a sentimental value for this place, since ive been here in 2013 with my dad mom and brother, now am staying with my husband. A very nice place in the center of jakarta. The view is cool. I booked the bright room which is in the corner in the upper floor. Definitely be back here again soon or later!! :)

This is has it all, location, value for money and great service. There are malls and recreation park nearby, it's convenient and you don't have to deal with the city's heavy traffic.

Noisy, room is quite old, service is terrible, the cleaner was knocking my door and managed to get in at the morning I check out, overall not recommended

Conveniently located at Jakarta CBD, the room was spacious and clean, however the lights were a little too dim to my liking, plus the door handle to my room seems battered from heavy use. Staff were attentive and helpful. Breakfast was good.

1. The bedsheets were extremely rough.
2. The blinds in the bathroom does not cover the window fully. There’s a gap towards the toilet bowl and no privacy.
3. Would have appreciated a work desk away from the TV so I can work and watch tv at the same time.
4. I like the size of the tv.
5. Service staff were extremely helpful and polite.
