Giacarta centrale, Wisma Penta: hotel nei paraggi

Good hotel and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was disappointing. All the main dishes had gone by 9:10am and we were told there wouldn't be anymore. Limited choice of cereals and fruit

Fully satisfied staying here. I emailed the hotel earlier to reconfirm my booking, since i'll be arriving from overseas and i got a prompt confirmation reply. Location was excellent. Just 1km away and walkable to Plaza Indonesia and Tanah Abang Mall. Sarinah Mall, Bundaran HI MRT Stn and the Jakarta Car Free Morning route were virtually at the hotel's doorstep. The room was spacious enough with super comfy bed. The only snag was the glass-walled bathroom. When my room mate went to the toilet at night and switched on the lights, i will be woken up. The hotel staff was attentive and courteous. The breakfast buffet spread was also commendable.

Ottimo soggiorno a quattro punti! Il tempo è stato meraviglioso a Four Points! L'hotel ha superato le nostre aspettative con la sua impeccabile pulizia e una splendida posizione. La comodità della posizione ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Siamo stati molto impressionati e saremmo sicuramente tornati. Si consiglia molto di quattro punti a chiunque cerca un soggiorno confortevole e conveniente! 5/5 stelle!

The decor of the hotel is very fresh, modern, and aesthetically appealing. You can take pictures at every spots and corners. The staff service are excellent. The breakfast is decent, enough options to fill you. The bed are comfortable and I love the fact that they have laundry room. That is the main plus point for us. We did not try the other amenities like the gym and tennis court but they do look very well-maintained. On the other hand, just tiny little things, it would be great if the hotel provide hangers for the guests. It’s a bit challenging without it. Love our cute room as well.

Il mio albergo preferito. Tutto lo staff ci accoglie, sembra sempre che sia la nostra seconda casa. Il cibo è sempre ottimo, ho ordinato delle costolette ieri sera ed erano così buone! La carne era tenera e il servizio è sempre al di sopra della norma. Hanno anche un ottimo caffè.

Il Millennium è un albergo decisamente di alto livello, che si distingue per l'ottimo servizio e per la qualità delle stanze (arredamento, confort dei letti, bagno). Senza alcun dubbio ci tornerei!

Hotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze. Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours. Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks. Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom. The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care. I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself. Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered. I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it. I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on. Won't be staying there again Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality

It’s a very convenient location however it’s besides the main road, very noisy at late time if your room is facing the road.

Excellent location with exceptional service. Everyone from the person welcoming us  at the entrance upon arrival to the last person who bid us goodbye had done so sincerely with a smile. Will definitely come back to stay!

Il servizio era assolutamente impeccabile, e siamo stati benvenuti al di fuori del nostro ufficio con un drink fresco e piacevolmente sorpresi di un aggiornamento in una stanza che guardava Bandaran. Quando entrammo nella nostra stanza, abbiamo trovato una sorpresa di compleanno che ci aspettava. Una sera, mentre cenavano al ristorante dell'hotel, ci hanno ancora di nuovo gioito con una torta speciale di compleanno. Non c'era una sola cosa che potevo denunciare su questo hotelservizio, posizione e ambiente erano tutti perfetti. Grazie a Jennifer, Shifa, Yani, Palma e Salvina per la loro eccezionale cura durante il nostro soggiorno!
