Stay in Grand Club Lounge . Best Service , Best Staff , Worth paying more .!!!!!! Club Manager Suzanna demonstrates the highest hospitality service and this reflects in her staff. Special mention , Club Lounge Staff who always smile and remember my husband and I . Erma , Shindy and Indah who go over and above 1 st class service . Just wonderful !!!!!! Also lovely young men Levvy , Aqmal , Ricky , Windy and Jorn who spoilt us during our weeks stay of an evening in the lounge . Wonderful food presentation daily . Special mention to Head Chef Fania who cooks the best omelets and Chef Haddy of an evening who goes over and beyond to please us. Must mention Head of Housekeeping Sumarto . House keeping did a wonderful job of keeping our room spotless and attending to our needs daily . We thank all the Grand Hyatt staff and SO look forward to returning . Will be our 15 th year of staying at this wonderful hotel . Huge Pool and Olympus Club are one of my husbands favourite attractions and mine the wonderful Shopping Centres of Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia a few minutes walk . World Class Shopping . Hotel building and lobby looked nice enough. Checking in was a breeze. Room hallway looks old and gloomy, reminded me of my dormitory days but with better colours. Bedroom didn't have much space, but was still tolerable. The wallpapers had yellowing/dried leak marks. Washroom was tiny and all the drains (sink & shower) are very slow at draining. And no lock for the washroom. The worst was the lighting, i turned off the lights while sleeping, woken up to a room fully lit with tv on maybe a couple hours later. I thought i might have accidentally pressed a button while sleeping. Turned everything off and went to sleep again, then same thing happened again. In total this happened 3 or 4 times, too tired and sleepy to care. I didn't bother complaining because it happened between the middle of the night to dawn. Even if I did complain the possible solutions would be to send a technician or switch me to a better room, and neither is desirable. I was on a one night business trip with full schedule both days. Breakfast was nice, plenty of options, but the service wasn't so good. When i was showed to my table, the host asked if i wanted coffee or tea, I picked coffee. Went around to take my breakfast, came back to table and coffee wasn't there. Then not long after i started eating, a waiter came by and asked if i wanted coffee or tea, said coffee. 5 minutes later another waiter came by if I wanted coffee or tea..again. Finally got my coffee a good 15mins later, I should've just gotten a cup myself. Asked for sunny side ups, eggs came after i finished my plate, about the same waiting time with coffee and the egg station was empty when I ordered. I'm sorry but I don't think this was a 5-star hotel, and the price wasn't worth it. I believe the problem with light was caused by the room card slot right to turn on the power. Must've gone wrong and failed to detect a card in the slot and shut everything off, then suddenly detected the card again, hence all power and light kept turning back on. Won't be staying there again Hallway picture doesn't look that bad in picture, because my phone decided to make it look nicer by auto-adjusting the light level, much darker in reality

Travelling from overseas is exhausted, sleepy, tired n everything. First of all, big thanks to Mrs Nadya at the reception, she is greetings me with a smile from the moment I'm arrived until the day I am check out, it was top service. I did not mention about want a high level, she knows it already. Coz, normally when I am booked a hotel, definitely I will request the highest floor. I'm booked here at last minute, turn out it was a great experiences. All the staff here is friendly and easy going, food for breakfast also good. Only one thing, ”seated for breakfast”. When I had breakfast, while I am going to take another food, other guest seat there. So I need to move to another table. My phone and room access card still on the breakfast table, how is another guest not seeing it!!? Or they just do not have human sense!? Hello!!!!I am still not finish eat my food! My suggestions, maybe hotel management can provide a small things at the every each table at the Cafe Sirih, which state that ”Occupied/Unoccupied”. So that kind of things will never happened to another hotel guests. Overall, it was a great experiences being here. Definitely will repeat again. hotel with a strategic location, very close to Gambir Station and Monas. The hotel facilities are also very complete, I really like their facilities, especially the tennis court, at a reasonable price but being able to use the tennis facilities is certainly an attraction for me.

Le camere erano molto confortevoli, mi piacevano davvero con le strutture dell'hotel. Sono venuto con la mia famiglia, mio figlio era molto felice e piaceva con l'atmosfera della piscina. Con vista della città, e la prima volta a Jakarta ci fa davvero piacere. Situazione vicino a ogni luogo, grazie speciali a Ibu vinna e la squadra molto amichevole.

Nuovo 5⭐️ situato nel centro della città che era precedentemente l'edificio di Alila Pecenongan. L'interno è stato completamente riparato (eccetto l'ascensore che io presumo? Dalla luce dell'ascensore ci sono vecchi pulsanti e bordi crusti). La prima impressione era sorprendente dal lucido e dalle luci. Il check-in era liscio ma ci è voluto un po' di tempo per il desktop front per trovare la tag bagagli. Inoltre, ho notato che l'aggiornamento di AccorPlus non poteva essere utilizzato come spazio era limitato. La stanza era sufficiente per 2 con appartamenti rinfrescati e nuovi, il lucido pulito, devo dire. Il declino è solo quando ho cercato di chiamare il servizio ospite e non ho risposto, questo è accaduto due volte. Aveva il colazione qui per 3 notti e hanno preso il colazione seriamente a Ginger Flower, piatti deliziosi e vari, ma hanno messo lo stesso menu per 3 giorni. E sorprendente, non hanno la crema di ghiaccio di Movenpick :( È stato un piacevole soggiorno in generale, ma sicuramente verranno a visitare di nuovo per vedere ulteriori miglioramenti, soprattutto per la crema di ghiaccio di Movenpick.

La camera è piccola ma è pulita e bella. Purtroppo il bagno a livello 2 è facilmente chiuso. Ma il personale è veloce per aiutare. Si consiglia, ma deve essere attento con i bagni.

The Grand Mercure hotel is a very clean and welcoming place. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with suggestions for food places and local attractions. The room was 10/10 and so were all the amenities the hotel has to offer. I really recommend you stay here for a nice relaxing time in Jakarta!!
