Hotel in zona Thamrin, Giacarta centrale

Nice hotel.I loved the smell of the hotel once I entered the hotel..I loved the ambience of the hotel-cozy,elegance not forgetting the greenary surraounding.The location was convenience for us “ladies” as near malls,shopping area and eateries.Also we loved the spa,the room and “jahe pappermint”😊..The service was great.But I think the hotel can improved the choices of breakfast- can add more variety of Indonesian cuisine.By the way,I had my uji matcha n gelato in Jakarta instead of in Japan😊

Overall, the service is good, but the facilities are quite old, especially in the bathroom. Aircon not cold, but everything is fine after they fixed it. Credit for location...just walking distance to Pasar Tanah Abang.

We booked non smoking room however upon arrival, the receptionist told us that the non smoking room fully booked, hence we have no choice but to accept whatever room available. Couldn’t sleep since the room smells bad, I could feel like the cigarette smoke literally in my throat all night. Other than that, the comforter was also very dirty with lots of stain. We arrived late night at 12AM from airport and we have to wait until around 1AM for them to change the comforter upon request. Hope they can improve on this.

We took the family king room which is to accomodate 3 adults. Check in time was 3pm, we arrived at 3.45pm but was told the room was not ready. However the staff at the check in counter gave us a temporary room (king deluxe room)to rest while we wait for our room to be ready. At 5pm they call saying the room was ready and we will be transfered to the our room. After we moved, we went out for dinner. At 10pm we went back to our room and realized that the sofabed was not ready and no pillow or blanket for the third adult to sleep. I call the guest service, and they came to set up. But i dont know what happened, they said the sofabed was broken so it cannot be set up. They will bring in an extra bed instead. The extra bed made the room less space to move around. I booked the room with sofabed is because i prefer to close it in day time so i have much space to roam around the room. That night also, i called the engineering team to repair the shower head holder. Because it seems not to hold the shower head properly which makes it difficult to use. They came an fixed it. But the next day, it became broken loose again. I gave up and just let it be. I dont expect this kind of room facilities from grand hyatt a five star hotel in Jakarta. Please maintain your rooms better. The staffs are all very helpful and friendly. I appreciate and extremely happy for that.

Staffs, from receptionist to cleaners are all helpful. Breakfast is so good. Room cleanliness and tidiness is pretty close to perfect. Location is suitable for shoppers like us. Over all, stay is great! Will surely come back insha Allah!

Il mio albergo preferito. Tutto lo staff ci accoglie, sembra sempre che sia la nostra seconda casa. Il cibo è sempre ottimo, ho ordinato delle costolette ieri sera ed erano così buone! La carne era tenera e il servizio è sempre al di sopra della norma. Hanno anche un ottimo caffè.

We stayed here for one night just to go Thamrin city, Tanah Abang and grand Indo. Really very nearby. There were quite a lot of food stalls around. Can be quite heavy in traffic but we didn’t mind. We took the Bajay around as a family and it was convenient to go nearby places. The rooms were so beautiful. Breakfast was very simple, just toast and a few main dishes. Would stay here again for the location.

This Hotel is excellent for its customer services, all relevant staff are quite helpful and well-mannered. Breakfast spread is superb and taste very good. Location is a definite advantage. Regarding the room I occupied, being a 5-star rated hotel and carrying international brand, the room's condition could be upgraded as wear-and-tear of furnishings are clearly visible and looks bit outdated, particularly the TV and the chair. Do pay attention to the floor of bathroom which gets slippery when wet and most hotels nowadays do not use shower curtain anymore as water easily splashes onto the floor, and coming out from the bathtub poses real threat of slip to elderly and child. The room's air suction in bathroom did not function. Although I gave 5 stars to location, cleanliness and services, I could only give overall 4 stars due to the room's condition where I occupied for 2 nights.

This hotel perfect for the firs timer to Jakarta. Located in the heart of Jakarta: Bunderan HI. premium location near high brand malls, you can easily stroll for nightlife, culture and heritage also museums nearby. hospitality excellent! I was upgraded to Grand Deluxe King type, and additional services for my husband bday.. really recommend this hotel to everyone who's first timer to Jakarta

Amazing Stay at Ashley Tang! I had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The facilities were excellent—clean, spacious rooms and great amenities. The food was a highlight, especially the breakfast buffet.
