Very comfortable place & the hotel is a strategic area in Jakarta. The walking distance is 5-7mins going to Thamrin City, Plaza Indo & Grand Indo ❤️

Room very clean, hotel nearby to Thamrin City Shopping mall, overall I'm like this hotel, next trip I will definitely stay at this hotel.

G Great location for Plaza Indonesia, Grand Indonesia, and Thamrin City (5-min walk). The room is spacious, and the staff are helpful. However, the room smells, lacks a working hair dryer, and has constant water noises—tough for light sleepers.

Mattress too old, the pillow got stain dirty never change. Toiletries the shampoo is dirty. When goto reception to complaint the staff is rude. Ask to change bedroom can't assist include trip.com can't help. Hairdryer request only needed 16 hours to get it. Breakfast is bad. The bed has bed mites.

The location is very good. Walking distance to the Grand Indonesia Mall and Thamrin City Mall. I don't like how they design the bathroom door.
The entrance to the lobby is one-way. Cars have to reversed to getting out
