The decor of the hotel is very fresh, modern, and aesthetically appealing. You can take pictures at every spots and corners. The staff service are excellent. The breakfast is decent, enough options to fill you. The bed are comfortable and I love the fact that they have laundry room. That is the main plus point for us. We did not try the other amenities like the gym and tennis court but they do look very well-maintained. On the other hand, just tiny little things, it would be great if the hotel provide hangers for the guests. It’s a bit challenging without it. Love our cute room as well.

La moquette nella stanza era rotta e anche il divano era rotto. This time, I won't review the hotel itself, as the whole of Indonesia already knows that this hotel is very beautiful, clean, and perfect. I just want to give a brief review of the service from the staff based on my observations, not as a guest staying there. Oh yes! Before that, for everyone's knowledge, I own a travel agency, and I booked rooms at this hotel for 2 nights for my clients, who are two VIP families from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. They stayed in rooms 1701, 1703, 1709, and 1711. It's usual for me to personally accompany VIP clients to their chosen holiday destination, and this time they chose to go to Jakarta and Bandung. Naturally, the Grand Hyatt was their top choice. On the morning of the second day they stayed here, I arrived at the hotel as early as 7:00 am to check if my clients had gone down to the café for breakfast, but upon checking at the front desk, it turned out they were still in their rooms. At this time, I started interacting with one of the café staff members, whose name I forgot to ask. I inquired if there was any possibility of purchasing a drink at the café while waiting for my guests to come down for breakfast. Unfortunately, the staff member said there were no transactions during that time as it was reserved for hotel guests to have breakfast until 10:30 am. Understanding the rules of every hotel, I then asked if there was a place for me to wait. He then led me to a dining table outside the café and offered me a drink. I was very surprised because he offered me a glass of hot latte (I hope the hotel does not take action against him for giving me a free drink 😁). This kind of service can truly win the hearts of customers and greatly increase the likelihood of them returning. Thank you.

Stayed here with family in the 3-bedroom apartment. The apartment was very comfortable and well-designed, with we had a great stay. The location of the hotel is top-notch. It is very central and within walking distance to a lot of the major malls - so shopping and food are all within very easy reach. Breakfast can be improved, as there weren't many options available. Will stay here again on my next trip!

Excellent location with exceptional service. Everyone from the person welcoming us  at the entrance upon arrival to the last person who bid us goodbye had done so sincerely with a smile. Will definitely come back to stay!

The location is great 5 mins walk to Grand Indonesia and 7 mins to MRT Dukuh Atas and Airport Link Station (Sudirman BNI) The breakfast is good with superb view from 90floor. The staff is attentive. I had the best bubur ayam there. The tea option if from TWG. And the breakfast ala cart menu changes daily. More variety. My room is ay 86 floor. With 2 view. River and city view (city not so much there is another building blocking the view) but the river wiew of which the bed is facing just spectacular. Esp at night.

As a 5stars hotel, I think it is a little bit overpriced, the hotel is relatively old. But, it is very clean. If you like a citylight view, you may like this hotel, but if you bring your own cars, just prepare to deal with the heavy traffic. Fortunatley it is very near to public transport like MRT.

Fantastic Stay! The hotel was spotless, with modern and comfortable rooms. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The location was perfect, close to popular attractions and dining options. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Prenotato l'hotel per partecipare al concerto allo stadio opposto a loro hotel. Il personale era molto utile e amichevole. La sicurezza scansionò i sacchetti prima di entrare nell'hotel. La colazione era buona con cibo giapponese di qualità. Solo al lato, c'era una fuga dal bastone che era molto profumata.
