Hotel Family-friendly a Giacarta centrale

Excellent location with exceptional service. Everyone from the person welcoming us  at the entrance upon arrival to the last person who bid us goodbye had done so sincerely with a smile. Will definitely come back to stay!

Prenotato l'hotel per partecipare al concerto allo stadio opposto a loro hotel. Il personale era molto utile e amichevole. La sicurezza scansionò i sacchetti prima di entrare nell'hotel. La colazione era buona con cibo giapponese di qualità. Solo al lato, c'era una fuga dal bastone che era molto profumata.

Il servizio era molto buono e la camera era molto pulita. Anche l'ambiente dell'hotel è molto buono. Il parco acquatico è uno dei preferiti dai bambini e la piscina è molto grande. Ci sono un sacco di scelte per la colazione. Durante il Capodanno cinese ho anche fatto dei piccoli regali ai bambini dopo il check-out. Non c'è niente di interessante a Giakarta, quindi anche soggiornare in un hotel è una buona opzione. Verrà di nuovo la prossima volta!

Un bell'albergo, confortevole e piacevole.. il personale è cordiale.. il bagno è comodo perché c'è un posto dove mettere gli articoli da toeletta.. c'è un tavolo da biliardo che è anche molto divertente

Changed 4 times before we settled in our room. At first, they put us in the old unrenovated room that smelly and feels very much creepy. Then they so called upgrade to deluxe room which also very creepy with strong damp carpets smell. At last, we have to top up almost double the amount we paid just to move to the renovated floor. They should have just tell us from the beginning instead if wasting almost an hour for us to go up and down to change room at almost 11pm! Hospitality & service of the housekeeping, bell boys & restaurant staff are excellent, but the from office could be better. Close by museum, Monas, easy to get taxi.

Trascorri la permanenza durante la festa della mamma Bell'hotel ma l'illuminazione nella stanza non è abbastanza luminosa. Fortunatamente lo staff ci ha aiutato felicemente ad aumentare la luminosità! L'hotel offre una colazione varia e superba! La piscina è molto bella! Mi è particolarmente piaciuto il centro fitness. Così tante attrezzature! Sono stato assistito dal simpatico allenatore Pak Agus su come utilizzare l'attrezzatura. Molto soddisfatto del suo servizio!!

I was having great time during my stay at Ayana, the hotel was under renovation a bit but we still be able to enjoy the facilities at the hotel. They upgrade my room to studio suite which much bigger than my orginal booked room. The hotel has heater on the toilet bowl. Thank you Ayana. Just little note for muslim guess that Ayana buffet breakfast serve pork station at the corner of the restaurant, i was not aware until my last day.

It’s a very convenient location however it’s besides the main road, very noisy at late time if your room is facing the road.

The service at Le Meridien Jakarta is impeccable. From the front desk to the cleaning attendants, they take pains to look at all the details, ensuring all the hotel-goers are well taken care of. If I have anything that I need to nitpick about the hotel, is probably the food. The breakfast buffet while has a big spread, I would say the food is average but it is good nonetheless.

Bella stanza, ma il condizionatore d'aria è chiuso. La tattica è solo un controllo remoto. Il colazione è economico.
