Everything was fine except the bugs that came out in the bathroom during the night. My friend killed them.

The property is aged but comfortable. Area has a restaurant close by. the air conditioner was not on when we went in the room so it was hot in the room and took a good while to cool down.

I tried to cancel the reservation because I had an unfortunate cancellation with the reason for the trip but they refused to offer any reimbursement. Nothing. I can’t even get a half of a refund? Never stepped in the room

The entire place smelled like mold and old cigarette smoke. Beds were flimsy, the place needs some serious TLC. People living in the units leaving smelly trash bags in the hallways for room service. Find a different place to stay...

The property is kind of shabby. The room had sweat stained pillows that showed through the pillow cases. Room smelled. The deadbolt on joining room door wouldn't tumble into the lock. The bathroom was dirty. Moldy caulking around the tub. Lots of dirt on the floor. We checked in, had an appointment to go to and ended up not going back to the hotel. Just drove the 2.5 hours back home. I called the front desk the next morning and spoke to the receptionist informing her that we didnt even feel safe or comfortable to stay but she really didn't care. I would not recommend that hotel at all.

The woman at the front desk couldn't find my reservation and was not very friendly. Property was ok but not worth the money. Breakfast was pretty good with several options available. Something in the bathroom was leaking as the floor was wet and there was hair all over the inside of the bathroom door. Carpet in the room also had wet spots.

Friendly staff and receive pets
All the staff were kind and friendly. Good quality but basic breakfast. Everything worked well but some renovations could be done in bathrooms.

This is an average hotel. The room was adequate. The breakfast was rather minimal: waffle irons, bagels, cereal. We had waffles and juice each morning. The clientele and people hanging around outside are a little iffy. There is a Bob Evans across the parking lot, a Tim Hortons across the street and a gas station, and the hotel is located well for access to expressways to get to local attractions or if traveling. I would say the location was good and the staff were basically friendly, the room was also adequate, but it would not be the destination for a romantic getaway and the clientele seem a bit sketchy. I would stay there again if the price was right though.

Bedbugs. Roaches, lousy Customer Service
Front desk told me there is nothing they can do about bedbugs because all hotels get bedbugs and would not give me a refund.
