Very warm home with 3 terraces and a private pool, The community has great facilities with a playground. Close to the Ferry that takes you to Vieques and Culebra, right across the street to Puerto del Rey Marina.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with king-size beds and 1 bedroom with double full beds.
Guest use is for the whole house.

Very safe gated community, close to very good restaurants and many amenities, Walgreens, and supermarkets.
Even Though we are close to many places, we suggest renting a car, there are many places to visit and it is better to go by car.
