Wedding weekend The location was a great spot for everything we did while we were in Cedar Rapids. Communication with Matt was great and he was very easy to work with. We recommend this place to others.

Clean, well kept house, but hot in the summer The house was clean and well kept. Everything in the house was in working order. The only problem was the outdoor temperature was 95 when we were there and the AC could not cool the upstairs. The middle level and basement were cool (70) but the upstairs rooms where the bathroom is were over 80. One of the days we were there wasn’t as hot and upstairs was tolerable that night. The other nights it was too hot to sleep there.
