Stylish well appointed hotel, friendly staff, good restaurant, beautiful position on the ocean! We had an oceanfront room which was clean and simple. Hotel was very quiet when we were there (mid/late November) so lacked a bit of atmosphere but still beautiful.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights & 4 days. The hotel coordinated for us to be picked up from the airport which cost $25 US. When we arrived at the resort, we were welcomed with a wet cleaning towel and given a perfect rum punch as a welcome drink. We had an ocean view room w/ a balcony. The room was perfect.
The staff are super friendly and helpful. The resort is peaceful and quiet- if you are looking for a relaxing experience. It has a beautiful ambiance with it’s unique art work. The hotel was accommodating by allowing us to check out late since we had an evening flight- of course there was a fee but it wasn’t expensive. If you are hungry at 2am- no worries- the kitchen is open 24/7 !
I do wish the menu had more options that reflected local food.
While swimming be mindful as the water can be a bit wavy but I think is due to the back & forth of the boats used to get to Prickly Pear Island which we did not get to try- however we heard good music coming from them.
Taxis will be the main expense as food is reasonably priced.
Ask for John John to be your driver - he is the best !

The issues we had with the room were slowly solved and we were begrudgingly moved to another room but I found it strange that for a beach side hotel there was no ice cream for the duration of the stay and the lack of desserts.
Staff in restaurants were inconsistent and the stay was not value for money considering how much the nightly cost was. Expectations were not met at all.

I really liked this resort, it’s location, design and how comfy and it was. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They really are the backbone of this place at every level. I have two complaints, for a luxury hotel it should have smart hi def TV’s. No one want to strain to see people on tv. My second complaint is the water levels. I understand it’s an island but if portable tanks are what’s needed, get them. With that said I would re visit and recommend this hotel.

I stayed here as a cool down after carnival in Trinidad and it was a realllly really beautiful place with beautiful people. It did not disappoint at all, food was great and the staff was perfect. Ensure you go to Prickly Pear Island as it is free with your stay.

Staff were nice and welcoming, rooms were nice but a lot of mosquitos in the rooms, I think this may be due to when the rooms are being cleaned to doors are left open.
Food was nice but very expensive, I will stay again but will look fhe cost of the hotel did not represent the standard received.

Amazing staff, very attentive. The property and rooms were very clean. Staff was always on top of keeping everything clean and tidy, even daily shoveling of washed up sea****! The kayaks and paddle boards are free and readily available. There’s a free boat that goes back and forth to Prickly Pear island which has a bar and restaurant attached to the resort. Food was amazing, we ordered almost everything on the menu and it was all delicious. Highly recommend and will be going back very soon!
